Daave is correct it will be next year before the main population are vaccinated. According to Matt Han**** the aim being to have everyone vaccinated by Easter. The Pfizer vaccine involves 2 doses, 3 weeks apart. The Vaccine must be store at minus 70c.

Seem the flexibilty Marstons have enjoyed under the current Loan agreements with HSBC will be removed. Once the pandemic is over the BOD will need to be on their metal as BNP will expect payments to terms. This arrangement puts the restitution of dividends back and certainly not back to levels we enjoyed previously. Depending how trading recovers, building reserves would seem to be essential.

As I understand it BNP take over the loans with NO provision as current, for Marston's to have any right to request Waivers, they have done so twice this year. The Interest chargeable by BNP is to be agreed by 31st December 2021. If agreement is not reached there are provision for FCA or an equivalent body to mediate.

That is my interpretation, would welcome any other's thoughts on what is a wordy document.

RS is building a holding, his record does not indicate a Trader as some may be suspecting. He has the foresight to see what is coming. Equinor have just agreed a Partnership to build the largest in the World, Hydrogen production plant on Humberside. The plant's feeder stock is Natural Gas. Hydrogen is the energy source of the future, it is clean and importantly Environmentally Friendly. Shell know it, just think about the geographic locations????

Is it seriously believed the Co will not deliver the promised Dividend?
Are the latest Institutional Investors likely to be happy or are they aware of prospects of which we are not?

Mike most small oilers offer assets not yet producing, just look at JOG, and investors form their own opinion of value depending on verifiable data publicly available and scrutinised. If anyone believes the data published to be false then challenge it. Richard Kneller has confidence, so why continue to downplay a company where you are invested?
The asset in the ground is only worthless when the Oil/ gas price is zero.

Can see a numbers of problems, if as you suspect the Company will go Contractual, would you not be covered by Distancing Rules, which alone could make opening un-viable? Playing Devil's Advocate, how would you operate assuming tables are pre-booked, you order provisions to meet orders and then Christmas Eve you have cancellations, do you take the risk and open whatever.
This may seem pernickety but many Landlords will be wrestling with the issue of shall I open or not..

Leppington it is good to have the views of a Franchisee, and I tend to agree with your position. It makes no sense to open a business purely as an exercise in Public Relief, you need to be profitable.
Unless I have missed something how many Pubs have opened fully on Christmas Day? In my experience they only open until 3.00pm ish to serve Christmas meals and getting staff to work can be another problem especially in a year like this.

Mike have seen this debate elsewhere and although there is an argument to support your thinking, there is also a school of thought who will claim and extractable asset has value. Maybe not the full value when extracted, a value never the less. Unless the data releasted to the market is incorrect. it does seem ludicous to value the stock at a 1/5 of its De-risked NAV. Other oilers are way above a proportionate value given Delt. Seems crazy to me and looks like some big hitters agree.
