Murat resigned, for "personal reasons" after a short stint(6months) with Shishir, in March last year. Was Murate brought back in last October, to bolster the removal of Shishir?

The mind boggles at events with this Company. Let's hope we will soon see some capital gains!!

If fraud has occured and the Company is listed in London, it follows UK Authorities should prosecute proceedings.

If the Board decide to Pursue Shishir for the release of Corporate data being withheld, Injunctions can be served quite quickly.

Unless the new Board are in cahoots, doubtful in mind, they are able to use Legal mechanisms that require Shishir to release the Accounts files other wise he will face Prison. Some will say he is better behind bars.

It should be clear to Shishir's disciples, now, he had/has engineered a cunning system to deliberately decieve not only shareholders, but suppliers and potential funders. Why else did he outsource accounting to a Company he owned and now is obstructing release of those important accounting records.

When those files are eventually released, either voluntary or by Court Order, suspect they will revedal a quagmire of misdoings . If so Shishir could be in serious trouble with the SFA

As predicted some time ago Shishir is a rogue and hopefully will face the full rigours of the Law whether Criminal and or Civil.

No doubt his fans here will see no wrong!!

A Fraud must proved on the balance of probabilities. For a 3rd party to be complicit is unlikely to succeed as they have disclaimers on any advice/recommendations, often in very small print.

To be correct Shishir has been kicked off the Board as a Director. He remains suspended as Co- CEO, for how long remains to be seen. It would make more sense to have dismissed him from both positions immediately.

Although some here have given him the benefit of doubt for many months, some of us have warned consistently the man, has only acted to benefit himself and Ordinary shareholders have been a tool used to line his pockets.

TGR is listed in London and subject to regulatory rules associated with that Market. It follows a Regulatory and probable SFA Investigation is underway.

It follows that Shishir could be barred from holding any Directorship for a period of time.

Lets all hope the new team can restore the Company's fortunes for us all.

Long overdue. Hope Shishir's misdoingings are made public.

It remains to be seen, as a majority shareholder, what he now decides to do!!

I always had reservations about Michael Lynch, strange he made little or no statements to investors when surely an astute businessman that he is would surely have done due diligence before taking on the role of Chairman. No effort appeared to have been made to recruit a CFO until now. As I recall he has been replaced as Chairman haveing along with Shishir awarded themselves huge Share options immediately before being thrown out.

The question why Shishir has gone so easily, and it is just my opinion having similiar operators, the New Board once in the door discovered serious financial and trading irregularities that were used as an instrument to overwhelmingly persuade Shishir to stand aside and then his suspension. This along with all the other shanahigans of the past 3 years left Shishir looking at a SFO investigation, which may well be underway as we write. Getting a CEO with massive shareholdings overturned can only lead to one conclusion malficience.

I am pleased Shishir having seen the beginnings of sheer incompetence when the Shares were suspended in 2023.

As far as easy options for the New board, I am infavour of rewarding success on the basis options are linked to an increase in share value, but not snout in the trough approach. As yet we are not aware of remuneration packages they have awarded.

I know of many businesses who once accounts and a realistic Business Plan has been presented, offers of Funding have been recieved within 2 months.

No doubt, as many astute posters have stated, Shishir has been an enormous Block to funders coming on board.

Did no one realise why it was taking the Sovereign Wealth funder many months to conclude an Investment?

It is obvious Shishir could not demonstrate a credible business Plan.

It is a great pity is has taken so long to achieve a Board that will drive the business forwards. Lets hope they get the results we all want without any exceptional Fees for themselves

HC many of us have known for many many months, Shishir was not acting in the interests of shareholders other than himself. It has become clear his removal has been well executed. As you say so much for those who have been blinded by his cunningness.

A new era and profit for us all

Even though he has a majority holding, Shishir is being systematically removed, which is excellent. Have stated many times, even though a few supported him, Shishir is not and has not operated in a transparent way that benefits ALL shareholders.

It is speculation and maybe wide of the mark, however "persuading" Shishir to move aside may involve matters the New Board have discovered? Hope they ( New Board) will be forthcoming with any reports regarding poor or questionable managment actions. The short occupation of the replaced Chairman is interesting. He has been very silent since appointment in June. Was he impotent through choice, remembering he had put funding of £100K ?

Whatever else, events of the last few days gives the company a great opportunity to re-build confidence and create shareholder value.

We are not there yet, but the omens are good for 2025.

At long last and as many have argued, Shishir is booted out.

As one who voted for the Requistion Group, it is a great pity it has taken so long to acheive the re-organisation now in place.

There is just another post to be replaced. The CEO who imo. has held the company back, Funders clearly find him poor.

Unable to Trade means no one can establish a loss that can be used against CGT. However when a stock has been untradeable for a period of time and not Liquidated, a Tax payer can apply for a NVC ( negligible value claim) certificate from HMRC.

A stock suspended for 6 months can be permenantly Delisted by LSE.
