That is correct. The split shares will have NO value or voting rights. It is reasonable to expect, when suspendsion is lifted, the shares will trade at 50% of pre-suspension .

OFT, there is much merit in the points you make. I too came in at the IPO stage and having seen it before ( with IPO's) eventually major funders come and take control. Initial investors then virtually ignored. Regret that tends to be the way Company's use small investors.

That said and aware what the BOD are endeavouring to do in resurrecting TGR, Poddar is still around. His private company Tirupati Carbon and Chemicals hold over 30% of the shares here. Unless I have missed something Shishir will need to be persauded to vote favourably.

Saluc yes the refusal to provide financial data, the opaque agreements with Panagraf, the machinery hire agreements etc are all likely Civil claims against Mr Poddar. Understanding the web of operations and dealings engineered by Shishir could take years to unravel in Court

It is what, if at all, the Regulator may be investigating, if as seem likely Criminality has taken place? At the very least Shishir should be barred from holding any Directorship. IMO a Custodial term should be appropriate?

TGR forms less than 2% of my PF, it is those posters who have heavily invested, who deserve to see some positive action against Mr Poddar, at the very least.

Have not done any potential calcs on SP following relaxation of suspension. With funding dilution proposed, guess 1.5p maybe generous, but am open to other opinions. HarChris is often on the ball.

I resgned to this being a total loss sometime ago after seeing and understanding what a crook, Shishir is.

There are several unanswered questions/dilemmas. What action if any, is being pursued against Shishir's corrupt actions?

Remembering Shishir still retains a substantial share holding, how is the BOD going to get the required vote to get the proposals over the line?

Is it possible the BOD have a side agreement with Shishir?

Providing the asset is still listed and importantly NOT in liquidation, an Negiible Value Application can be submitted to HMRC. Do'nt expect a swift reply. I made such a request more than 2 years ago. It took HMRC almost a year to finally approve.

Probaly best to wait for suspension being lifted and sell at whatever price available. Creating a loss which HMRC will then accept.

Unless Delt BOD have a watertight agreement (doubtful) Viaro Bidco have plenty time to manipulate the price. Long stop date now 31st March 2026

Could be a runner had Deltic not agreed to an extension of the Long Stop Date. The Legals in place will virtually prevent an unsolicited bid.

With the NSTA mulling over not just this deal, but more importantly the Shell deal involving Bacton and associated NS assets, a conclusion of Viaro's offer gets further away. The Deltic deal is completely dependant of the Shell deal completing first. The financial shanahigans surrounding the Italian "entrepreneur", going through Courts at the moment, casts significant doubts over the whole transactions.

Add to all this , what must be a penniless Deltic, the omens are not good.

Deltic cannot walk away, as at 30th June there was £300K cash which must have been up by EXECS salaries. What they are doing now , Lord knows.

They had an undrawn Loan facility from Viaro Bidco, which is unsecured. Part of that loan is to pay ( £1m+ ) Shell for Delts share of drilling costs. The loan attracts a 10% rate.

The BOD should give an update as the finances could be strangling the company.

Judging by the volume of shares being sold , way below the offer price, many are becoming very nervious.

Do'nt forget the long stop date is 31st December, which as I understand, either side can walk away from the deal.
