Amtech, since July 2016 the FCA were given greater powers and likewise subject too increased Accountabilty.
If complainants are unhappy about the outcome of Complaints, whether known or not, there are escalated levels which can be undertaken.
In the first instance wait for the outcome of the initial Complaints to the FCA, which needs to be a level that cannot be ignored i.e 1 complaint would likely remain at the bottom of the in-tray.
