Any funding raise unlikely, here for 9-12months possibly longer, in which time more of Licence Portfolio will have deals. Still a lot to play for with significant re-valuation.

In simple terms how much funding is required. The base SP being used.

Take account of contributions from 3rd parties and so on.

Hope this helps you to arrive at the valuable calculations which will help everyone as I know you want to assist us all.

Am asking that you spell out in easy too read terms ( some of us are not very bright), how the 200% dilution is calculated? Remember you were adamant there would be NO dilution as Major Investors would reject.
