I did go for the Open Offer and asked for additional shares beyond the allocated, which were accepted. Glad to hold for the long term but believe this may dip slightly over the next year as stronger results come from the west and people move money back to markets they understand and can see / interact with. GL

Now that we can add AIM shares to ISA's, I have add Camco early today. Looking forward to some good news.

Any views on the additional shares offer? I am relatively new to shares (since 2009) and am not sure how to evaluate the new opportunity. My original shares are +55% with dividend returns built in if that helps. At £1 a share it seems line a no brainer but I assume there will be some dilution of the existing share value and future dividends? Currently issued 190m £2.07 New shares 100m £1.00 New Value 290m £1.50 with a %divi as per now. So potential upsides would be >£1.50 new share price, greater spread for any fixed admin costs or annual charges. I would be interested to hear anybody elses views.

I have also been looking around for a reason, but so far I have not sound anything substantial. It could be that the high divi looks like a safe(er) haven than other shares.

Dairy Crest buys specialist milk business Proper Welsh MilkDairy Crest is today announcing that it has bought the small specialist milk business Proper Welsh Milk. The business and assets have been acquired from the administrators BDO LLP for £325,000. Proper Welsh Milk was created in 2011 and invested over £1 million in a new dairy on the site of the former Whitland Creamery in Carmarthenshire. It now employs around 40 people and packs local milk for Tesco, Marks and Spencer and a number of other customers. It has recently started supplying milk enriched with vitamin D which contributes to strong bones. Proper Welsh has been hit by cash flow problems and went into administration on 1 March 2013. Dairy Crest is committed to supporting dairy farming in Wales and is one of the country's biggest milk buyers. However until now all of its Welsh milk has been packed in England. Commenting on the acquisition, Mark Allen, Chief Executive of Dairy Crest, said: "We are delighted to be the new owners of this business which we believe has a bright future. Our priority is to maintain supply to customers and use this modern dairy in a strong milk field to help us to develop new products, such as vitamin enriched milk. We welcome the employees of Proper Welsh Milk to Dairy Crest and look forward to working with them." Simon Girling, Joint Administrator of BDO LLP added "We are pleased that this important facility in the local community has been preserved, and can now enter a new era with confidence, with the support of an industry major."

Games Workshop Group PLC announced that the board has declared a dividend of GBP0.24 per share. This will be paid on April 16, 2013 for shareholders on the register at March 8, 2013.

Retains the Sainsburys milk contract and announced that there will be a re-org to simplify the business and ultimately remove cost. Any views?

Does anybody have an exit strategy for this stock, are the dividends sustainable and is there any further the SP can go? This has been flat for a while now.

The 'Buys' look strong so I thought I would also purchase. Bought in at £34.93. Should be a good one to hold for the long term.

I did end up buying in at £2.43, doesn't look like a bad decision so far but its early days.

I am very tempted to buy this morning. Even if the Divi is reduced in line with revenues it will still be healthy and I believe there looks to be some price opportunity available. Any thoughts?

Games Workshop CEO Mark Wells Stepping Down - Quick Facts 1/18/2013 2:31 AM Games Workshop Group Plc (GAW.L) Friday reported half-year pre-tax profit of 11.1 million pounds, up from 9.5 million pounds in the same period last year. Profit attributable to equity shareholders increased to 8.1 million pounds or 25.4 pence per share from 6.9 million pounds or 21.8 pence per share last year. Revenues totaled 67.5 million pounds, up from 62.7 million pounds last year. On a constant-currency basis, revenues increased to 69.2 million pounds from 62.7 million pounds last year.

Just sold at £4 for a good upside. I will wait for a dip back to 380 and buy in for my usual £1k amout as still want to be in this share longer term, just had too much in one share before. gla

You will have a chance today to buy back in..... there will probably be a few drops to 385p before it starts to rise again. Have you tried the new Cathedral City Selections NPD that's on TV. I hear that its selling so well that people are finding it difficult to find stores with it still in stock.
