I am not sure I would assume that FredRubble, the RNS could cover both (Exceptional and ongoing trading) .When companies do issue a revision statement then they could also take the opportunity to wipe the slate clean on all the risk areas built up on the balance sheet. Hope the for dividend GLA

Net is after the exceptionals

I read that they had 40x debt which included dividend cover. That sounded pretty healthy to me, but given their poor performance this could change quickly. I have only read a couple of articles from early in the year so DYOR. I have not looked into their accounts in detail.

If they do choose to pay the usual dividend on the 24th Aug then this could bounce. But personally I am down and would not want to purchase any more currently, but they have the cash to be able to to pay the dividend and debt interest comfortably from what I can see.

Looks like this is rising in anticipation of the results announcement on the 18th May....... hopefully they are positive.

Looks like the share price may think otherwise...... I'll look to top up at the £1.70 level if it gets that low

Not a bad price to buy in now..... nearly 4% divi and some good brands with the new infant formula revenue stream coming fully online next year? I think the increased net debt position is scaring off investors that think the dividend will be at risk, I believe this is unlikely so am happy to hold.

They have just paid one 6.2p I believe and have no reason to not continue to pay dividends. This is a good dividend share, with an outside chance of being taken over at some point, but that's has been speculative for some time. I'm happy just getting the dividend GL

I wonder what is driving the last two weeks performance........ Any Ideas? Possibly oversold vs expectations, or a safe haven for dividend income.

I'll give it 5 years.... If I am beating this (from the £1 point) with my own portfolio then I will sell up and just do it myself. I'm 6% up and he's 10% down currently, unfortunately its 8% of my holdings. GLA

I think the Warcraft film could have a positive affect on GAW sales / interest this year. Fingers Crossed I'm probably grasping at straws. GLA

How's the husband & wife diorce going, that being resolved should help this share.

Good £800k purchase went through this morning and a £6 analyst update, gets this share moving up again.

Hopefully this doesn't drop much further.

Possible time to top up for a reliable 4% divi?

Results announcement on the 18th May, I wonder if the share price will rise or fall? I am waiting to buy some more share here but am waiting for the right moment.

I have made a bit from GAW in the past and always liked the divi so I have decided to come back in. I am still frustrated by the board for not embracing the modern way to interact with consumers, I hope they wake up. I feel there is an opportunity for store costs to be reduced as supermarkets are crying out for this type of thing to help fill their excessively large stores, this would increase awareness and footfall if GAW can sign a deal with e.g. Tesco or Sainsburys. Please wake up GAW, you do have a great opportunity to grow and capture peoples imagination again. You can have pasion for the brand and run a great investor business at the same time. Good luck all who are invested.
