So would you get excited about a gas well that flowed high pressure with no stimulation, if you did then multiply it but 3-4 then you would meet the price of nitrogen that end users pay!

The Nitrogen play is near where it could be supplied and strategically positioned to feed the Permian Basin and the DJ basin, it’s inbetween in the middle of the basins!

There are 2 ways of producing Nitrogen by the big company’s ie AirProducts/Praxair, both are costly!

1.Membrane Units.
2.Seperation Units.

The Nitrogen is near enough pure at 99.59% and most importantly it contains no oxygen which in the Oil and Gas industry is a no-no as would corrode the production pipes so can supply the industry with hardly any processing, it probably needs to be liquified at the site though!

So it undercuts the big companies on the price they so it is disruptive to the industry!

Can’t find any wells that produce pure nitrogen so could have found a big Nitrogen play!

The wells to drill new cost little $250,000 and there is no costly sand or water to frack, you perforate the formation and comes straight out but you must factor into the design of the well to take the higher than normal pressure so would have thought cost a little more than a normal well!

Even better there are plenty of wells plugged in the area close that have been drilled and cemented but plugged so re-completions are much cheaper again than the cost of a new well as in the appraisal of Barret 1B-14 that they just re-completed as in RNS!

Just been successful in gaining another 300 acres so that’s 1,100 acres nearly 2 sections the same as the north lease of ED!

So we need more acreage and looks to be close to a third party offtake agreement as worded in the “ Notes to Editors”

Prospect Detail and Development Plan

The cost for drilling a vertical well in the acreage!

But used a previous shut-in well in the barrat 1-14, so it’s just the recompletion costs and are also other drilled and plugged wells in the area!

So any new wells if drilled or recompleted would be fast, cheap and high producing!

So if a deal is around the corner would provide the cash for more leases and repeatability!

Agreed Highlands, True and Halliburton’s will definitely do what’s best in the way of re-routing to the best efficiency!

So Highlands is in advanced discussions with third parties to sell Nitrogen and also another 300 acres gained on in Kansas, so are successful in acquiring more for a 2581 McF/d re-completed well, that’s nearly 2 x 640 acre sections of land!

In oil and gas drilling vertical well spacings per section there could be 16, 20 or 32 wells but that is in an unconventional Reservoir, what seams to be the case is that this is a conventional reservoir and haven’t heard it being fracked as the Nitrogen comes out on its own at very high pressure and is trapped in salt formations which the area is known to have a lot of salt as the Kansas research shows, so more wells more money but wonder what development plan is going to be implemented on the sections, guess they have to get the acreage in the Syracuse Anticline (Fold) maybe, but would be excellent money maker at 3-4 times the price of natural gas, so I guess there’s no point in thinking about the Carlile Formation!

Dave you would think so that the E10X is going to treat the flowback water from Ouray/Grizzly/Buckskin, you don’t get all of the water back and along with the sourced water would be used to frac the last 3!

So if they are going to flowback the wells Ouray/Grizzly/Buckskin why not put into production sooner!

You would think that they have enough water to finish Ouray and Buckskin (Niobrara B) after completing Grizzly (Niobrara C), so why not flowback them put in production and then process the water for the last 3, so just to be clear is that what your thinking it could be Dave?

Buy maybe Eric Anderson can kill 2 birds with one stone and ask when he’s knocking the doors of lease owners in Kansas and West Denver! :/)

A. What that means to me is they are active and accomplishing to gather more leases in the hotspot so more is achievable hopefully, more people with leases get wind of this quickly so could be holding out for more money, which if a deal is done with an outlay of cash then this can aid in the capture of more!
B. Company’s look to be very interested in this find!
C. Can’t find any evidence of Nitrogen wells anywhere, and this being pure, they are bypassing an in place market of Nitrogen production with the high cost of equipment and know that they have, and various companies would probably mean you can get a better deal!

The other thing is that the acreage position in WD is big make no bones about it nearly 4 multipads of 24 wells with the leases owned and 3 formations to pick from with the Niobrara and Codell massive Formations and a maybe Ft Hayes, so jam tomorrow for me or a deal coming either way!
