Oilest i think they are definitely focusing on the sale/marketing of the Nitrogen, they should be testing the other 2 gases (Helium and Argon) the major bonus is there is no Oxygen to what the video tells us with hardly any processing involved!

I emailed over a week ago and they are concentrating efforts on marketing the nitrogen, so that’s why I think we will hear of a deal or contract!

Well to get some news on the Kansas with the sale of Nitrogen would be the fastest route to another revenue stream, the accumulation of more acreage would also be welcome on Kansas or West Denver, the lease expiration of the 33 piece would be soon also, another Re-completion on a near well would be good, need a bit of news to get this going a bit!

The Eagle Formation is being tested first in the same well as the Muddysands Formation the first Helios drill, once the 3rd stage of the Eagle is opened up on the high permeable zone and flowtested then the Muddysands CIBP can be opened up and would expect further plans to be known to what is to be done on the Muddysands formation as has been dewatered to a certain extent already!

The Muddysands well is more representative of the Antrim Field in which the fields get better over time and produce for decades without decline, most of the costs are from the disposal of water but the more you remove the better the wells produce plus the difference between them is with Montana there is the very valuable Helium which if you look at the CPR and the latest acreage accumulation there could be more 3 times more than the US Federal Reserve have!

Also the technique of removing the gas by injection of Nitrogen is something that is talked about but not RNS’s as such yet!

Dewatering process in the Antrim Gas Field!

Antrim gas drilling is almost a sure thing--it has a better than 90% success rate. Most of the Antrim gas is extracted in Antrim, Crawford, Montmorency, Oscoda and Otsego Counties. After a well is drilled, a six month dewatering period takes place. After that time the well begins to stabilize. The water (brine) is pumped back into the rock via a nearby well. The more water (brine) brought up, the more productive the well will be, because it means that more gas will eventually be released from the fractures in the shale.

Blue got to have a good seal to capture Helium/Nitrogen, salt formations are an excellent seal that’s why so good in Kansas haven’t heard of anything in the Helium but famous for natural gas as in the Cedar creek Anticline which is the nearest producing formation also in Fallon further east, N2 fracks are common to increase productivity from vertical wells!

The BLM today auctioned off a total of 210 million cubic feet (MMscf) of crude helium, in 12 individual lots. There were five lots of 25 MMscf each, five lots of 15 MMscf each, and two lots of 5 MMscf each.

1.Total 210 MMcf = $58,790,000

2.Federal Reserve left 3 Bcf

3.Highlands CPR 2.6 Bcf on 69,000 acres in Montana now hold 221,973 acres across 3 county’s, Custer, Fallon and Carter!

The initial well that was used for the Muddysands was re-completed with a 3 stage frack on the shallower Eagle Formation so when the 3rd stage is opened up for testing then the focus will be back to the muddysands for methan and helium extraction!

I think so Balman and the way Air products auctioned outbidding for all 12 lots buying at all costs, because this is the last sale to private companies, as the Federal want to keep the remaining stockpile would have thought for essential uses!

“After the 1st October delivery of the crude helium purchased in the auction and sale, the sale of crude helium to private industry will be discontinued and the remaining stockpile will be reserved for Federal users until the BLM privatises its helium assets.“

Well that’s made the 221,973 acres in Montana much more valuable!

The Pipeline is on track to be completed by the end of fracking operations as Eric said in a recent email, and it’s Renegade having a hard time as I think it’s about 9 vertical wells in Arapahoe that has been shut in due to the Anadarko pipeline being shutoff due to their unwillingness to supply with old infrastructure, can remember Edward Ingve of Renegade saying they were taking legal proceedings on Anadarko!
