The share price today is now 35p or around 7% above the placing price. The demand is most definitely there which makes the raise price even more galling. I’m sure they could have raised the same amount at 45-50p. Frustrating

Nonsense. Have you not been reading recent RNS? The US listings wheels are most definitely in motion with completion likely by the end of Q2

Just as a reference point, the last raise was at 30p in mid September and by mid October the share price had doubled to over 60p.

Lots of catalysts and a massive NASDAQ listing are also within touching distance. Very confident this will move back up in the next few weeks once the placing shares come out in the wash. Just annoyed I timed my top ups so appallingly. GLA

Yeah no way someone can offload 320k that easily and also no way it gets printed live. If it were a sell the MM’s wouldn’t print until Wednesday next week knowing them

I can’t imagine we stay in the low 30’s for long. Yes it’s painful but the short, medium and long term prospects of the company haven’t changed. In fact the company is stronger than ever with such a cash boost.

Hopefully those institutions that couldn’t get their full allocation will be buying heavily in the 30’s now and make these prices a thing of the past.

As I thought last night, the placing was massively over-subscribed (institutions would have been falling over themselves to get in this cheap) and the amount raised upped to £12.5 million. Hopefully this money will light a rocket under management and speed things along. As discussed, communication has to improve

I imagine the offering will be oversubscribed. Despite my annoyance, I trust the people in charge who clearly are looking to accelerate things. SPAC only a couple of months away as well. Bargain opportunities over the coming days

Timed my top up very wrong on Monday. When the share price starts acting weird like it has been there’s normally something going on in the background. Should have learnt after all these years 🤣

All the years in the laboratory and breakthroughs in science coming to a massive crescendo… yes AVA6000 is still very promising but this will be revolutionary IF it works as we all expect. Expecting volatility in the next few months- hyper excitement with the prospect of success mixed with fear that it doesn’t work as we all hoped! Hold onto your hats

I think people are wildly overestimating the ability of one investor (modest holding) to influence a share price.

People bringing up MM clearly have some kind of grudge after buying into one of his tips and losing money. Take personal responsibly people don’t blame a guy you don’t even know!

Picked up another 12k. Getting into a similar bargain territory as this time last year when it was under 20p. So many catalysts over the next few months and a NASDAQ listing in a few weeks which I believe will sharply value that side of the business close to $1 billion. I’m shocked at the price action but grateful of the opportunity

Clearly not going to hit the ground running with the new partner (if it concludes) A wasted opportunity but I’m guessing red tape is the issue as ever in Mongolia

Add in a NASDAQ listing and large grants which will surely be confirmed soon and the story gets even more compelling 💰 🤑💰🤑

…and the farm out is close according to recent RNS. The spike in oil price you would hope would expedite discussions so they can have the whole season to drill. I expect an RNS before the month is out. Let’s hope it’s on good terms

It will be interesting to see what the Mongolian government do to provide enough oil for the refinery. Time is ticking. I wonder if investing directly into MATD would be an option, or maybe a low interest loan? Truth is, they need us pretty desperately now…
