It’s incredible really how far off the radar MKANGO still is. I can think of many other shares where if their management had tweeted a trip to the Whitehouse there’d have been 200 plus posts!

One day this will come to a much wider market attention and it will go parabolic. I’m sitting on them and waiting for that day ( coming soon I suspect) ;)

Ever heard of PIPE funding? There will be a considerable investment of cash by investors looking to get a seat at the table for the NASDAQ launch

The spread has narrowed considerably which hopefully is a good sign that any overhang has cleared. Should be well north of 20p imho

At risk of being called a ramper, I personally think the vale of our NASDAQ listing will be £1.50 by Christmas and how the market will value everything else on top. .. who knows. A second NASDAQ listing should also be imminent then 👀

Seems to me this is a great strategic move. Buy a company that has access to hundreds of tonnes of feedstock. That was my one last concern and this deal seems to have alleviated that! Should be able to motor forwards now

There is mention of warrant conversion at the end of the first RNS. Wondering if it should have been separate?

Negotiations to sell the business for more than the price on 2nd October. Rather vague and wasn’t the price around £5?

Take a look at REECycles SPAC valuation ($600 million) for what I consider a vastly inferior company. Role on the end of 2026 when we can list our recycling business in America. Got to be looking at $1 billion plus 💰 💸 💵

I’m very surprised there hasn’t been an RNS about the grant award which looks like it could be a considerable amount of money 🤔 I wonder why it’s not been RNS’d yet? Maybe full details of the grant aren’t fully know yet?

An unbelievable bargain at this price. Shame I have no powder left to take more advantage.

I make it at least 5 x 100k buys gone through below the mid price. Feels like the price is being held to allow someone in that didn’t get all they wanted from the placement. This will fly very soon

Don’t forget that the placing was massively oversubscribed; there is an enormous appetite for MKA shares at this level. Over 6 million shares traded today so it won’t be long before this rises as the SPAC edges ever closer. The share didn’t hover for very long at all in September after the placing at 30p and had doubled on no time.

I’m guessing they are just referring to the $4.6 million development funding. Although the full $100 million loan I would imagine is on the table too and ready to be signed once listed on the NASDAQ?
