Norlisk are clearly a super major with the background, finance and are looking to mine what we have in abundance. At 27 dollars a share I'd be happy if they offer me 5 right now for all mine. Could be an exciting few weeks ahead, this sale to BHP will take time, so there is no rush providing the correct outcome happens if two and two do make four in this instance.

Maybe hearsay but according to ADVFN Norlisk have pulled from an Australian asset to concentrate on tier 1 assets in Russia.....

I'd imagine it will take days or weeks of steady news, I'm not overly concerned if we only get the one today which is highly likely. A little sweetener comment would be good though.

Prior to tomorrow's EGM today signals possibly the last opportunity to grab some of these bad boys sub 2p. In honesty I share the belief that we are going to get significant news shortly, however there maybe trading ops available in the forthcoming days. As a LTH, nothing would please me more than double digits again at triple it is significantly life changing on minimal outgoings at these prices. I hear the arguments on both sides and have hedged my money on positivity. Regardless of what happens we are moving towards production albeit slower than I would like, that being said the resources could be upgraded massively and have one of the top ten nickel mines in the world on our hands here. GL whatever your stance is.

I'm trying to look at this with a glass half full attitude. I think what is often forgotten by BOD's is that by being shareholders we by right own part of the company and they are acting on the behalf of those that have funded the project for years. I guess my message to the BOD will be to make sure these share options create value for LTH or risk losing it all. Been in this share for 12 years or so and fully intend on seeing it out.

Been in this share for years, I too have my concerns over 100% dilution. The BOD surely understand share holders want value, very few shares have any credibility on AIM. As much as I'd like a smelter i can see this being a JV rather than take over or otherwise. AIM will be completely dead to me if AMC shaft share holders that have been loyal for many years. For this reason I am very unsure what to vote. My gut feeling is the proposal is to fast track a JV without significant delays with any luck making us all wealthy along the way. Around a 60% chance I will vote it through as I'm not sure we have a choice or indeed any decision really. It's either win or bust for me.

The board should be shot for what they've done to the company, but I suppose as long as they've lined their pockets.

I've been noticing some larger orders as anticipation grows, it's been said before but this weekend could be the crucial turning point. I suspect the initial review was done between the 8th Dec and the 24th hence the additional info requested by the PMs office. This was all submitted on the 24th with a positive RNS in my view which stands by the initial positivity shown by RY etc. I also suspect a large option of shares for those on the BOD after news. All in all its all very positive despite the small fluctuation in SP. It can't be long now before a decision is reached surely! Today is day 13 of the additional review with monday being the 14th day. With such a strategic asset it would be crazy to reject such a positive outcome for all parties. So the next RNA could be. monster RNS throwing the order book out the window with great new heights reached! Strong Buy!
