RPM Global ("RPM") has been engaged to update the 20 March 2018 JORC resource estimates to include the 32,526.5 meters of drilling completed in 2018. The 169 holes are distributed throughout the Maly Kurumkon / Flangovy ("MKF"), Vodorazdelny ("VOD") and the now largest and constinuous Ikenskoe / Sobolevsky / Kubuk ("ISK") deposits. The combination of RPM's and Oreall's enables the Company to evaluate and compare the Project potential based on both Russian (required by mandatory regulatory considerations) and western funding opportunities for joint venture alternatives, various and combined off take agreements and / or merger and acquisition considerations.

The speculation can drive you mad, better just sitting back and letting the BOD sort out this sorry mess. I still think once it is sorted we will be in a better position, i for one would hope the BOD take it as a sign shareholders are getting to the end of their tether and there's little wriggle room now. All positions to a certain extent are now under scrutiny and they can ill afford another error of judgement, at the very least i'd hope that its raised a few eye brows in the correct places to pull the finger out a bit.

Until the next news i'm just going to sit and watch the world go by, no point in stressing about things out with our control.

I'm still very comfortable with my holdings, the fundamentals have not changed. I've repeatedly called for clarification on the licence extension and more regular news flow prior to buying more. The end gane is still there, normally its the calm before the storm but with AMC the reverse is true.

Part of the issue for this is staff shortages, consultancy and travel etc, on that basis i can't see anything happening before mid to late next week.

If the licence extension was confirmed and NRR news that should fill the void and get us up over 2p again near term

I also think AH wife hasn't helped matters, for such small amounts you have to query was it even worth it.

If this is spot on then we need substantial news on partnerships like NRR and including NRR. This is the only way to boost the market cap short term.

I agree i was thinking disruptive JV/takeover when i read the RNS initially. AH maybe seen as a stumbling block rather than a benefit. The core point here regardless of outcome is the BOD have through naivity created this issue. Had news flow been more regular and positive theres no way this would have happened imo. Its taking advantage at a critical period, lowering the share price and creating divides. For what purpose thats the key question.

To be fair its their own naivity that has started this carry on and now its up to them to show their hand and act accordingly for the benefit for all.

The BOD need to add value to the share, a disgruntled large holder quite rightly may have seen massive dilution and limited news as a core to their decision. I don't agree with the outcome for the record but the BOD can't be blind to this. Had their own names been in the hat then i suspect we would have seen more destruction. The only way to rectify this is by having a confirmation vote and equally to relwase some positive news.

To be fair all of the BOD should be. If they under perform they should be booted. This would keep the news flowing and the BOD on their toes.

Read the RNS again and once legal consultation has been received then a further RNS will be released.

I just hope this kick in the knackers the company has got wakens them up a little. Given correct news flow, some little bits here and there this should and probably could be 4 times greate in price by now.

One good thing to come out of this is that ot will have put the sh@@tters up the BOD and they may actually start treating shareholders with a bit more respect.

AH not being reappointed started me thinking of the possibility of JV or takeover.

My core holding is here but lets be fair the whole world is shafted through COVID so the BOD can't be entirely to blame. I still think the company have acted some what poorly in delivery, just hoping turning a portion of amc shares into hzm shares short term to allow me to add a shed load more here for the end game. I'm keeping a large portion here but want to maximise the delay so with hzm funding news due imminently i maybe able to get a substantially larger long term hold here for the fireworks to come. Risk vs reward vs delay.
