Make or break in 20 mins!! The next hour will define the future of our investment. Let's hope the no vote goes through by some margin and the BOD and bidder reconsider the next move. The deal is so so poor its not worth the time. I get the whole argument about sanctions etc but with putin sounding like he is on the way out anyway surely the waiting game is more beneficial medium to long term. This short term option won't allow us to do much at all. Any mine worth its salt will have to be more than 105 million and that without the "special dividends" taken into account. What it will likely mean if it even gets there which I have my doubts is more dilution, more shares, less prospects. I'd rather lose it all than fund the retirement plan.

In all fairness this could be a fantastic move for amur.......however, I have grave concerns about the deal. The open ended nature is not comforting at all. I'd be happy if we had an asset in line away from Russia with production potential but like many on here I have been burnt before with the delisting and never reappearing with little to no accountability and seeing directors pop up in different companies through more lies and deceit.

Im hoping since 2008 or whenever it was to now has not been a complete waste of bloody time, effort and money!

Simply put the russians won't allow that amount of dollar transfer with sanctions, therefore has to be structured within a set allowance hence the delay for payments..... According to RY.

Still no options to vote on ii either at present, stark contrast to HZM which was within hours.

I have been warning about this exact point since the deal was announced. So many companies sign deals with the intent to "find" a new asset delist to reenter the aim market only never to be heard of again. In my humble opinion unless there are solid agreements in place for a new project we are foolish to say yes to this deal. Essentially the BOD will be very difficult to get hold of if we do not find an asset, then to further woes further when if or how would we receive the cash in years to come when a company is no longer and not accountable. Perhaps my lack of understanding maybe but there's no way I want this deal without cast iron guarantees. Terrible deal imo.

Yes we are waiting 10 years for all the cash. The sanctions mean even if the buyer has all cash we couldn't get it in one payment.

I'm not convinced by RY, it sounds strange at 8 minutes in when he's talking about being approached by companies in the DRC.

Interestingly he said a few deals were on the table and they picked this one due to fair market value.

Can we vote some of the board off at the meeting, at least that would make me feel 10 times better.
