I emailed the company to ask about the licence and i've not heard anything not that i was expecting given track records and all that jazz. Very poor communication, doesn't effect the fundamentals or prospects just a little disappointing there was no correspondence at all. I do feel an RNS to verify either way would have stabilised things a bit more. As a result i sold part of my holding for the 1st time in a good number of years and placed it in HZM for short term possibilities. Derisk a little as i was baws deep in here. I'd like to regain the full position in AMC but will wait for further news first, the licence extension and TEO would do that for me. Sill have a hefty holding here for the record.

Good post, i'd personally like clarification on the licence status to put investors at ease. I think this is a BOD requirement to regain an element of trust, this is something they should be able to do providing there is no default on it. From memory an extension to include the TEO especially during a pandemic wasn't in question but to have it in writing would restore some balance.

Years ago i'm sure it was confirmed the russian government is obliged as per terms to compensate share holders as far as i can recall.

There is literally no chance of the licence being in jeopardy, covid has destroyed this year whikst i am disappointed like the rest it wasn't mentioned in October its hardly surprising really. The RNS says it was precautionary and should have been disclosed but in all fairness at least an extension has been requested!

I completely understand what you are saying and where you are coming from. I too would like the BOD to be clear on this, mainly to arrest the slide. The more frequent positive news the better for the SP not only for shareholders but for the future of the company too. So yes i would like to see something of note.

May i add that is suspect it has been agreed as RY was very firm on his comment it won't be submitted by 1st December. If memory serves me correctly AH touched on this saying that an extension was discussed and the Russian Government would have an allowance and no risk to licence if thats the concern.

There hasn't been a comment either way so hopefully the board can confirm asap to stop the slide in SP

The NRR 2nd vessel loading comment was unexpected as i would imagine this is market sensitive so maybe this week we will get a further update or by mid of next week?

I agree 1 negative but the draft TEO in the hands of amur means all the various parties have completed their input its a case of working through the variables before submission. Personally i see this happening sooner than expected.

To summarise what i took from this...

Draft TEO is complete and back n AMC hands to make amendments prior to final submission, won't be ready for 1st December but nothing to suggest it won't drop anytime prior to march.

2nd vessel is being loaded for NRR

Financial report should boost SP by showing NRR deal is worthwhile

By not contributing to the NRR fund raiser they were holding back to confirm whether NRR could deliver and they are, therefore we shouldn't write off more diversity and further investment if the opportunity arises, side of caution due to the market at the time too.

Russian government will support for road, telecoms etc etc.

Further more besides the delay in TEO its all looking really positive for the end of this year/next year.

Looks like next news will be further NRR update, AGM and the financial report which RY suggests will boost SP.

We all know the TEO is coming, i wouldn't be too disheartened if detail isn't fully disclosed tomorrow. This may come thereafter, i suspect this will be to get the juices flowing prior to official news. Could be wrong of course but would love a final top up on the 30th! Either way is good i have plenty shares stored away to make this life changing just being greedy!!

I'd imagine we will see an RNS today or most likely tomorrow. The whole Q & A is kind of pointless as we have no new information yet. Could be an explosive day when that RNS drops or a damp squib. Regardless if a position is to be had prior to news time is running out. Hoping for one last top up at the end of month but sods law i won't get it.

NRR is forward thinking and an added bonus, the near term value comes with TEO, increased upgrades and russian government investment in the Amur region including a road. I'm hugely positive about this coming into fruition within days. There's no requirement or indication of delays, if it takes to the 11th hour to submit correctly then so be it. Rerate is coming and soon imo, for me it's the time to be putting in not selling.
