So … over the next year, the directors want to be able to issue additional shares, up to 26.5% of the value of the company WITHOUT having the inconvenience of offering them to existing shareholders first.
But it’s ok as it’s for all our overall good, for reasons completely undisclosed of course.
My cynical side sees how much easy profits have been accrued by 5G and wonders …
Yes. I think I will need more tea inside me before re-re-reading that one !!
Interesting announcement? Probably not that significant but they may trial G1 for part of the rollout, who can say?!

I assume Sam & Co will say more about expected 2022 dividends on the 18th as the previous RNS said this would be “later in November” ??
Should all be very positive and interesting anyway.
I might submit a question about the subdued SP. Would love to hear their take on this. Assume it isn't a massive concern or priority for them though.

Thanks for the info. Has either company said anything in public about this collaboration? Googling “Tarana G2” doesn’t bring any other results yet? But I am a techno-dud !! If not, dare I ask how you know ENET are definitely involved? Sounds like another positive RNS of the future perhaps?
Apologies if already discussed, I can’t recall seeing anything, but things have been moving quite quickly here though. Whilst digging around re: Tarana I came across this recent article. Does anyone here know more about their “forthcoming” G2 product? Is it safe to assume it will be “powered” by ENET?
“Basil Alwan, the former head of Nokia’s IP and Optical unit who took over as Tarana’s CEO in April, said during a virtual event on Wednesday that its current G1 product can deliver “hundreds of megabits per customer” over a range of 3 km to 5 km in a non-line of sight instance or 10-plus km in a line of sight deployment. A forthcoming G2 model will be able to provide “gigabit rates on a per user basis” even in non-line of sight scenarios, he added.”

Hopefully REDZONE can climb up the local league table now (!)

Cheers Harry, I have Google Alert set up for FinnCap as well as for my other small-co punts, including Angle. The FinnCap SP is frustratingly low, as if the market doesn’t believe the good times will continue I guess.
What other holdings of this type are you holding or considering? I’m reasonably confident that ENET will also prevail and that eEnergy is also undervalued. Both suffered recent dips following fund-raises, even though both are funding expansion. I also hold ITX which never has a dull moment ! All long term holds though.
The less said about Open Orphan the better though. Damn their eyes.

Toli I have to agree with you there, just this once mind you. It seems our new major shareholder is Canaccord from Vancouver. I’ve come across them before but can’t remember where. Itaconix or something similar perhaps. Anyhoo they have gone from 5% to 11% in quick time. Massively buying the dip, you have to say!
BB2RADS … cheers, I clearly don’t read the footnotes ! Got to be pretty keen to do that TBH.
But that’s probably why it’s such a well written préçis … I’ll get me coat.

It starts off with the news release about the new shares but then shares the company’s current position in a very digestible way. To me at least!

“We are delighted to have advised the shareholders of GCSEPod on this successful transaction. Over the years, the GCSEPod team have built an outstanding, award-winning platform, combining the foundations of learning & assessment into a product that delivers tangible results for students. In Access, we are confident that the business has found the right home and look forward to witnessing the next phase of its growth story.”
John Farrugia, Managing Partner at finnCap Cavendish commented:
“We are very proud to have advised on this deal, further cementing finnCap Cavendish’s expertise in the fast-growing ed-tech market. At finnCap we are passionate about creating equal opportunities for the younger generation and this deal will allow GSCEPod to accelerate its growth plans and continue to provide accessible and engaging digital content for the British school curriculum, allowing students, regardless of their background, to progress in their education.”
Huge buys … so only natural that the SP is marked DOWN then. There are no words! I’m still super confident that we will see lots of northward action in the coming weeks, now that the placing is out of the way. Unless we don’t… (!)

I’m not paying to access this but thought I’d post this in case anyone was interested. I have a Google Alert set up for ITX and this popped up overnight. Cheers.
Forgive my stupidity, but whilst acknowledging how positive the article about Tarana is, what does this directly mean for ENET? Are our components in each of those 150 (rising to 400 by EOY) Tarana Towers? I’m guessing/assuming/hoping … yes !
I do follow this board and I am invested here … but some of the technical gubbins and commercial relationships escape me at times.
Excellent progress confirmed in today’s RNS. Really bright prospects for 2022 as well. You’d think the market might re-re-rate this share given the recent “plunge” which seemed massively overdone? Normally the news would already be baked into the SP but given that last decrease (news of discount placing) maybe the SP might actually start to move northward again. I’m quietly confident …
16p not 26p !!!
Welcome WBJ. Very quiet board this btw. Your investment at 26p trumps mine at 22p ! Bit of a perfect storm for this SP I’d say. Discounted placing, growth shares everywhere taking hits, but mainly that this is really not a well known or fashionable share. Doesn’t take much to move it southward! They are already profitable though, growing sensibly and (up until now) making excellent acquisitions. No reason to think this will change. Really looking forward to tomorrow’s presentation! Hopefully will provide much more clarity …. and reassurance.
