Since we've seen precious few 'hard numbers' so far, most of our understanding of TF valuation is derived from the work done by the unnamed professional valuer (unseen), itself based on a number of undisclosed assumptions.

Some might call reliance on that source as a 'courageous' decision (copyright : Yes, Minister).

Would this perchance be a reference to the CUMULATIVE USD (not £) 1 billion in transactions undertaken by TF since inception in 2018 (4 years ago), most of which pre-dated its association with SYME.....and NONE of which is attributable to the activities of SYME the parent ?

Pretty much all arrangements touted so far by SYME/TF amount to their being added to a list of eligible counterparts , i.e. helping SYME/TF access potential customers (which is not - and has never been - the constraint), but NOT providing them with finance , which IS and continues to be, the fundamental problem.

I'm surprised (well, not, actually) that you don't seem to grasp this basic commercial reality.
