It takes 10 years to build a nuclear power station so we can now definitively say that austerity raised by HMRC was illegal. 50% of landlords portfolios becomes ward of state for 150 years which state can use to borrow against to build green energy. Rises to 75% if landlord or estate was tax avoiders. State has veto over tenancies in such estates. Tax avoiding tenants would have less priority than tax paying ones. No departing tenant would be permitted get any relocation help from employer but would fund themself, like normal people.
HMRC admit austerity was illegal, against tax rules. Austerity levied on non property owners be returned in full plus interest plus 50% more as compensation plus any fines they levied.
HMQ admits austerity was selfish and completely against interests of country and economy. Agrees to back date reign period to 2009, after which we were in interregnum.
