The investment community should not tolerate the abuse of self awarded unearned bonuses AFTER a whole industry has been rescued humiliatingly and tragically* by the tax payer.

The arch corrupt JF and DJ here awarded themselves bonuses after their system and way of life was rescued by cruel massive Austerity Taxes, £1-2-3 trillion. Usually a bonus is for doing something clever. Usually directors do not award themselves bonuses for no reason or especially after tax payer is crushed for their benefit.

Tax avoiders are immoral people who gain a 20% minimum competitive advantage every year over tax payers.
Property prices were rescued from oblivion via extra austerity taxes loaded onto tax payers. This results in a further 10-15% competitive disadvantage over tax avoiders.
Establishment got extremely average stooge politicians chosen and groomed to rubber stamp it.
They crookedly valued their own property assets higher than building a strong green economy with inbuilt social mobility via cheap energy.
JF and others now write their bonus schemes chronologically and fully aware of what they are agreeing to-
The pushing lower of the tax payers , lowering of their standards and rewarding those who willingly hold back progress and endanger security.
The lowering of standards for tax payers is further reinforced by the provision of minimum standard housing with no facilities given go ahead by councils told presumably by the building industry lobby that it's not their place to get involved but it is their job to build of bridge or pavement to supposedly convey residents to a facility.
To further rub in crazy system tax avoiders from all round world are encouraged to invest in multiple units to support prices and push tax payers lower into rental.

I'm trying to work it out but it seems bankers and lawyers will fall over themselves to better represent tax avoiders because quite simply they pay handsomely. This group is over representative via political system . It was main driver in disgrace of austerity taxes

It's off scale unfair (breaks taxation principles) that tax avoiders get assets bailed out by tax payers. Builder directors (and other sectors) basically saw this behaviour from 'higher ups' and said to themselves 'give me some of that' and wrote themselves crooked bonuses(see previous explanations).
We are told at elections that financial sector is 15% of economy. So why does rescuing property prices via complete rescue of bank loans/banking system swallow up '1015'%!!! of tax payer finds and future taxation leaving absolutely ZILCH for provision of green energy infrastructure, which should have been built, payed for and now operational decade ago.
Conclusion tax havens need closing down, back tax all avoiders, force return of crooked bonuses. This gives more than enough to start vital green energy building.
I don't think any of us want instability of climate change to increase arms sales and risk of conflict over something that can easily be solved and paid for.
Imo European countries should start looking for new royals from pool of landlords who do not avoid tax .

I have been talking about the bully JF and so many many directors across many sectors paying themselves bonuses following the highly unfair , illegal , crippling austerity taxes which served to rescue completely all banking assets, loans , AND PROPERTy PRICES. At this point JF and many others realising their companies were saved because their properties would now be sold profitably , responded by immediately writing themselves bonus plans. This is cynically corrupt. It is morally illegal****. It is poor brained because austerity should not have rescued their assets completely OR with no claw back clauses to return money to tax payers .
What I wanted was to build the green energy infrastructure. All the money , and I mean all of it for decades was stolen. When you add in that the property assets rescued across board are often in hands of tax avoiders incl HMQ it looks even more like a thoroughly rotten deal , abusive deal for tax payers and for their future and the future economy.
What is depressing is that establishment do not do right thing at right time. They are bad leaders. Whole attitude is reminiscent of 'gentlemen and players' situation that used to be prevalent in sport. Did establishment do best for country post 2008/9. Did they preferentially bail out property assets and make sure they suffered no losses. Did the losses transfer to tax payers from tax avoiders. Are establishment the most talented we can find to run economy ( definitely not imo). Would establishment really ever get stuck in to position economy correctly, lead by example (definitely not imo). Would establishment ever suffer fair losses to their property portfolios (no imo). Do they understand that building the green energy infrastructure from 2003 at least onwards , and it now being built and paid for would have been much better for EVERYONE (no they don't understand that imo) .
The establishments idea of an economy is they pay nothing, invent nothing, have assets that never fall in value, never build anything, push losses they would have had onto tax payer.

Can we have statement from HMQ as exactly how austerity taxes to rescue her own and other landlord property prices and portfolios has helped the country, the economy or shown a direction that would help world stability. What about the fraud at listing as described before. Nomad knew said nothing. Gunn and Barbie took back complete control of co after listing by deliberately cancelling the promised dividend and stagnating Share price so could pretend to buy out someone at cost who supposedly supported listing on own account . This was all arranged before hand because it happened do quickly after listing showing they always intended to have the option of screwing shareholders later with complete majority control. The listing was only I presume to get licenses or access to markets. It was not a growth co therefore to be promoted to prospective UK shareholders. All advisors knew this. All profits would be paid to the inner circle. All shares would be mopped up at ultra low prices. The promise of a growth company that might use its valuable banking licenses to grow investor funds and challenge banking sector was never going to happen.
I think Lenigas discovered this afterwards. These people if they are allowed a way to cheat take it with both hands. Barby must essentially be a director. He and Gunn act together but it was essential B looked like a shareholder so could buy back the arranged stake after listing.

It's funny if you have witnessed a country being built up, the landlords aren't very influential. They are lost to recommend direction. When the economy is rescued/built over long period by many sacrifices , property demand obviously increases and then landlords want to pick the politicians, pay no tax, build no facilities, and should their investments suffer put tax payer on hook to underpin them, so they suffer no losses. I paid extra 100k to austerity, was essentially bankrupted. Wouldn't mind if infrastructure had been built. But nothing . 'when your industry or company is completely rescued by the tax payer it is incumbent on the directors at the time to award themselves huge off the scale bonuses across the board. This can be done by simply increasing wages or making personal share awards at the pre bailout level. To not do so is against capitalism. Further if the tax payer could have used the money in much better ways to serve the interest of the majority of the peolpe and future generations (like build green energy power stations) this annoying fact is to be completely ignored. If it is recognisable to many that the tax burden has further resulted in real and unnecessary hardship to many tax payers this too is to be psychotically ignored .(it helps at this point to seek out some psychological reinforcement from like minded or religions or power circles already paying no tax)
It must therefore be the short term interest of all graduates by whatever means necessary to raise themselves above tax payer level , to make sure their sorry stories are never written and to go on to join the 'Authority of non-Contribution' (copyright!). At this level of society one is never asked to contribute intellectually or (god forbid) financially.
