Facts as we know them.
Landlords and crown estate were 90% rescued by austerity
Not required to pay this money back
Failed to invest their crooked windfall in the diverse economy which saved them and which they reward with abuse
I don't have time to repeat all facts again except to say that bonuses were criminal, apartment design worse than soviet (re space, ceilings, balcony), and nothing really is being built for famiies with proper facilities but profit is being maximised and redistributed to undeserving, tax payer is again being put on hook to support it via incentives, a fair proportion of profits going to build substantial facilities is being essentially stolen, and investors are being allowed buy too many units to be lazy landlords crippling more chances for more people (by taking a too large cut of their income of course)
So to be plain owls , as someone who has paid massive tax in past and never asked anything from state ,
I conclude that the behaviuor of the property establishment, crown estate and beneficiaries was neither good, honest or useful for the future. fro leadership to be respected it has to be clever and honest and the best example to the country. But what actually happened in my opinion was a massive con. Landlords should have suffered losses post 2008. We , the good investors should be able to invest in future industries and technology and be protected and encouraged and rewarded by state. Actually i thought this was the case. We coud build a new and stronger economy and find the truly clever people to lead us. We should not have to rescue landlords. It has all being like a nightmare and extremely disillusioning. Pre 2008 i was investing all i had in green energy and the diverse economy. This i saw as even more important post 2008 because it was the diverse economy that rescued the country from the bank meltdown -FACT (which needs to be strong public knowledge so lawyers don't waste time on this!). However then the beneficiaries of the bailout ie mainly the big landlords were required to pay nothing back to tax payer. They shouldn't have been fully rescued and should have lost 50% of their wealth and assets. But somehow they were fully rescued and kept their assets. Then unbelievably they now failed to invest SUBSTANTIALLY in the diverse economy that rescued them or green energy or general health and education and fitness (all things that provide for the strength of the diverse economy).
Then builder and builder supply (like Tp etc) wrote themselves the bonus packs! One chap tried to say he wasn't so bad cos he'd give a bit t charity!(let the chap who steals 10 bottles spirits say that!) More poor logic poured over the austerity suffering population. But the main indicator to me that it is bent is that the big landlords and crown estate are keeping so quiet about it and putting as much time as possible between themselves and the unholy crime!
So AND this is the conclusion. I was trying to do the right thing BUT instead by the crooked system I was bankrupted because my taxes increased to bail out property AND this act of bailing out property took all the money out of the system to them. So when my sons ask me about this country I will say that Daddy was bankrupted bailing out tony blairs property portfolio and the crown estate. When he asks why we didn't do more in my generation for green energy I will say because the landlords stole the money and didn't contribute. I know it's hard for you to understand son but their assets and keeping them and being stupid pompus people was more important for them and so more important for their political reps which they chose (watch a few bad episodes of Poldark and you will get the idea- not much changes)

It takes so long for society to act imo. of course they have neither the correct propertions for a healthy life , they are also getting away with not providing any facilities for the residents. think the answer post 2008 was for Gov to put a lien on behalf of tax payer over 50% of builder assets and future sites. So when these were sold or developed the tax payer would have recovered some of the huge austerity taxes that rescued these assets from a crash base of 10% of their current value. This would have been fair.
Next the builder bonuses would not have happened. But they did. These are so far outside of anything that normally deserves a bonus, so far outside the pale of human norms that society has to act RETROSPECTIVELY (new point) and recover them in full and crown estate bonuses too (assuming they have been paid too)
You know when you write this stuff you feel like you are going to be labelled a 'terrorost' of sorts BUT i don't think i'm right, i know it. A bonus is something you are awarded for exceptional contribution/dedication etc.
The problem with undeserved bonuses is they set up a culture 'everywhere' that the system is there to be taken advantage by some short term trick and nobody will have the power or the influence to claw it back
Considering mid east oil exporters they should have paid/invested/invented to reduce tanker emissions out of profits. This might have reduced ship emissions 20% and would be a contribution or legacy to the world to be proud of .

still can't get my head around the psychotic behaviour of the builder execs. Pre 2008 i was investing everything i had and going without income to try and do something about global warming and energy for the future (let's call this the big picture!). Post 2008 gov rifles all the money to rescue landlords, crown estate, london lawyers and small print cheats like Bj's helper.s . Psycho execs of builders and builder supply after being completely rescued THEN pay themselves outrageous illegal bonuses. Crown estate stays stum but puts in for repair money to test water after 18mts then constant regular after that. 'Respectable' masons understand dealing with 'hole in roof' (actually new palaces) before damage gets worse but concerning hole in roof of atmosphere they run off with all the money for themselves , delay progress and stability and security. Typical greedy royalist masons taking advantage of a situation, not contributing in any way logically. 10 years we have been waiting for an explanation. nothing, just theft.
better than rescuing landlords 100% and have the disraceful sight of bullies saying they deserve bonuses it would perhaps have been better to reassign ownership over 50% of their portfolios with new owners held to not sell for 30 years and not borrow more than 30% of their value which would cover repairs. So supply and demand would have been solved. Also a whole raft of independent and free british people would have been created capable of well educating their children. Crown estate also. I had slob from lack of intelligence intimidating me in 2003 when i detailed why we should invest in energy. To build new economy, to give security, to prevent division. We should have started then. GB would have had to act to cool the clear housing and Buy2let bubble by increasing stamp duty (sorry rocket science!). DC and GO would not have been allowed be so unreasonably favour their landlord and banker friends. Big landlords and crown estate would have had to suffer hardship and not be 90% bailed out. When these same go back to charging tax payer full rent for Gov. buildings or passage of a power cable etc etc it is antisocially psychotic imo. But most criminally opportunistic were the builder bonuses. They had the moral opportunity to understand where the money came from and what was being forgone to everyones detriment/collective loss but they chose to be selfish akin to common criminals seeing an open till- noticing property was going to be rescued entirely by puppet/stooge politicians they quickly wrote themselves bonuses based on Share price recovery and NOT PERFORMANCE.

Regarding builder bonuses I think there is a case for these being against the spirit of company law. Accepting stupid mistake of rescuing building sector 90%, the duty of management would still be to pay out the enhanced prospects to existing shareholders FIRSTLY and FAIRLY. They cannot IMO overwrite this with cheating bonus smallprint and then stand square like bullies and say they've done nothing wrong. This stance indicates to me that they perceive they have power (crooked IMO) behind them from above paragraph.
ANSWER (why me?!) -An 'infrastructure parliament' located outside London with definitely no stooge politicians and with a guaranteed tax budget, so no bankers either. Bankers might think they are clever putting people on a mouse wheel and overpaying themselves, but being bailed out and then going back to same old ways , I don't. Neither do I think Dc and GO in DC Years should have got away with out answering 'Where has the money gone? questions and being allowed talk inanely about other 'stuff'. Also what about pay cuts reducing austerity immediately - too complicated?!! So these people need to be taken out of the infrastructure loop and society act to put bankers more on a 'wheel' for them.

Some suggestions due fraud against tax payer by political representatives, landlords, crown estate
(1) all builder criminally opportunistic 'bonuses' returned in full at 4% interest from award date
(2) Ownership of 50% of landlords and crown estate portfolios reassigned by lottery to tax payers with children and 20 years full tax record
(3) MP's, accountants, lawyers barred from public positions unless spent 3 years in work for which they have lowest natural ability and starting from lowest base. 6 years if have had privileged education
(4) tax avoiders (anyone not paying full tax in UK or exact equivalent in another) banned from UK company directorships
(5) Public school boys banned from cabinet positions for 15 years -sorry but you need to reflect
(6) HMRC admit their collection of austerity hampered and punished new vital investment and ridiculously favoured a certain type of establishment and was therefore deeply flawed
(7) Fast and accurate info released on who has been behind the delay in hybrid/electric vehicles. If it turns our Saudi have been forcing our politicians to burn more oil for arms contracts and position to hang onto US coattails then we stop doing business with them
(8) Massive taxes on betting industry to pay for sport and health facilities at junior level
(9) Any company investing in green energy tech or new provision be given a starred listing in market meaning it can have no calls or puts placed on its stock. Large co would need float new co to separate off old tech
(10) Elite explain why they didn't volunteer pay cuts especially bearing in mind that just increasing taxes and austerity is the zero brain power, zero educational result plan
(11) all action of politicians, landlords, crown estate be accurately recorded so future generations can understand how incredibly self serving they were and how disgracefully inadequate their response to societal/environmental was. And how it ignorantly pushes us towards greater problems as i outlined/modelled in 2003 when slob form lack of intelligence suggested no one was going to publish it

Really disgusted with establishment. £1 trillion stolen to prop up big landlords (no strings). No voluntary pay cuts. Palaces repaired. No investment by them in future and stolen £1 trillion funds via austerity make this more unlikely bearing in mind they think they are entitled to it! If somebody from lack of intelligence came to me and said 'do something for good of country ' I would reply with 2 choice words.
