David the problem you'll find is that MPs are wed to old money. Everything but the shortest term move is impossible to contemplate. I tried to flag it all in 2003 and for my efforts had run in with intelligence. Usually I use a different name for them. We could have started then to incrementally build what was needed. This would have taken money away from bank rescue and supporting high prices and we'd all have been better off. Some people wouldn't have had all their assets rescued and would have suffered losses. As far as I can see all politicians agreed with austerity so it's not a party thing and such discussion is red herring . They could do something about tax avoidance but if that's helping support land prices they most likely won't . So that means people who should have no day in a democracy will continue to over influence. I don't know maybe state could set up an estate agent and property lawyer branches to reduce costs of moving and speed it up. Would we not have felt guilty? Any news why DL was (a) ramping the company at 4-5p when the list price was shortly going to be 2p and (b) who told him to ramp that there would be an imminent dividend- later cancelled for years by directors as per their small print clause (c) whether this admission to AIM should be struck off because there was a plan to shortly after admission reconsolidate ownership of the company into a few shareholders hands and back to the control level such that they can do whatever they like including take it private again. In other words it was a completely unsuitable co to allow onto AIM for small shareholders to get involved in

The information that the licenses were suitable for ISR recovery was suppressed
The information that such recovery (as per Kazakhstan) at $6/lb would make the licenses highly profitable was suppressed
The likelihood that the licenses cntained over 100m lbs was supressed
The information that the neighbouring license was bought by Russian State for $800m was suppressed
Therefore an investment case could have been made to raise funds in the market but this was against the wishes of the major shareholder who with help from the tax avoider network (and jewish connections?) ran off with the licenses

need to get a value for the current SP so can give estimate for the huge losses incurred for supporting URA for 10 years before the licenses were taken from us. The Directors (tax avoiders) who took over had a small print clause that they would continue to pay themselves in shares so they must have an estimate for the unit value and how many to award themselves @ £1000/month each and also if anyone else being paid in shares for any other services

The relevance to PSN and builders/builder supply is that their behaviour has severely damaged the method by which the public can support projects starting from a small base which will then potentially grow into 'economy/prosperity savers'. Nobody will trust the system if the first thing that directors do is outrageously disproportionately unjustifiably divert shareholder funds to themselves. Also nothing good will come of building units of no charm,no relaxed functionality, poor ventilation, over crowded with little or no vital ancillary facilities. So it is important that all the post 2008 bailout directors never work/have positions of trust again and go on lists to be held not by 'lack of intelligence' but by a completely revamped 'Intelligence'. Will they try buy gongs??
Then the funds that are required to build the new economy must come from the 50% possession of the big landlords estates/crown estate/religious property in view of the well known incontrovertible fact that they shamelessly used the political system to completely 'clobber' progress and sensible planning to selfishly and stupidly rescue their own useless assets and lifestyles.(all from 2008 plus interest)

Remember as i've alluded to in the past Austerity to bail out completely land and site prices sucked enormous amounts of investment funds and prosperity and diversity and CAPABILITY out of the economy. I think everybody would rather have had eg gene sequencers and vaccine research/manufacturing capabilities INSTEAD of 100% rescuing the landlords/crown estate/property lawyers or paying for 'Help to Buy' OR having to watch scalliwag builder directors pay themselves totally undeserved bonuses on the back of all that. AND the point is the country/people/economy could have had all the things the future economy and our children will need very very easily. What it would have meant is landlords suffering losses post 2008. The fact they didn't only proves categorically to me that there is a London based banker/politico cabal who are inefficient and cowardly. They refuse to suffer losses due to them and make everyone else suffer. They usurp religion for this purpose also. They are inefficient and poor at investment that means all they can think of doing is raising taxes (on others). They are arrogant because they refuse to explain themselves (12 years waiting now- and infact the more time elapses the more likely a giant distraction will emerge ((oh dear it has!!! they hope))). Everybody who has investment experience knows that we and the country could easily have positioned ourselves far better, but the fair factor required would have been for landlords to be 50% bailed out not 100%. Peoples house prices would have been rescued, and 2nd one and 3rd but not any more after that. Landlords would have taken the required hit on their assets and then the banks would have been healthier, investment funds would have been available, Gov would have easily been able to incentivise important new projects and empower true british spirited people. Everyone would have been better off and happier. So why didn't something so easy happen? It can only be because the political system cheats outrageously. It is defended by unworldly cynical losers in the media and intelligence who, to hide their cowardice, don't mind a bit of bullying against people who speak out BECAUSE they pretend they are protecting Democracy! You know that thing which they allowed to be weakened critically by allowing this fraud against the tax payer and people to take place.

LA you highlight the massive change in culture. Directors used to be taught to respect shareholders. Post 2008 directors realising property prices were to be completely rescued could have written bonuses for shareholders at worst. They didn't. They also disrespected the austerity suffering tax payers who had to unfairly completely rescued their wages and livelihood. I see Mr Sunak smartly rescued landlord rents now but seemed to forget the diverse economy that rescued the country post 2008. I've been trying to think of 'basic' analogy due restrictions here and to me it's like the politicians from TB, JP, GO, DC etc have been wasting huge amounts of tax payer money completely rescuing an 'intestinal worm' at the expense of the health/reactivity/options available of the whole body or country. It would have been far better if property prices had been rescued but landlords suffer losses of 50% and these assets redistributed by lottery to full tax paying families raising children to hold for 25 years min borrowing up to 20% against them in order to protect and nourish everything this country stands for. ie diverse opinion and power bases and so the diverse economy which rescued body/country post 2008. Some people like me invested all they had to rescue country post 2008 esp green tech but i doubt i'll get anything from state. Never asked before. So i think it's a continuation of a false policy to again rescue landlords in the first breath by more borrowing and debt which will again be unfairly landed on innocent undemanding tax payers often non homeowners. Well i don't like being ripped off especially by tax avoiders. Pre list docs somebody wasn't locked in. Shares were sold exactly soon on listing, then Div that dl spouted was cancelled . then sp fell and those connected and backers increased hold on the co subsequently. So was it planned? Was dl duped into spouting about the iminent div and as usual presenting it as a fair opportunity for the private investor and a growth stock to be supported?

Thirdly, reading through the RNS's for directors dealings reveals that some of the higher ups bought shares, some at reduced prices ... however ... DJ was *given* 482,000 shares and JF was *given* 55,000 shares ... these easily swamp those bought by the employees and were funded directly by share dilution of our holdings.

And that's just with a cursory glance over the easily accessible public figures for the last 6 months.

Your belief in the redistribution of company profits to the employees is very touching ... but when I see DJ receiving 12 million pounds worth of shares and no evidence of the employees receiving anything I must say that I don't share your belief.

My own opinion as someone who modelled why we should have built energy ( instead of rescue landlords) back in 2003 is that of someone pointing out the sheer unfairness and stupidity of having a sector of society whose assets are undeniably backstopped by the state (tax payer) . When these property asset prices are threatened taxes increase and progress and security are delayed or cancelled. I, for one, cannot accept that and I don't care what you call me or how nany there are of you .
The only answer and for future generations is for the big landlords/religions/crown estate to apologise for unnecessary austerity, be brought down to size (ie words and platitudes not enough for real british people), Suffer losses, 50% of assets redistributed by lottery and locked in to protect house prices, for austerity to then be cancelled and the sensible infrastructure build decades late. Oh yes and recover all the builder, builder supply, banker, etc cheating bonuses. If there's any squeak of a downturn the div will be generally cancelled and the sp will fall, generaally the directors will keep paying themselves and will find ways to award themselves more shares (backers too). probably buy a few for appearances. Generally when have more of the company in their hands they might go for a cap raise cos will still have control/majority after. If you are still holding after this period of no div and cap deprec of your holding , you may be a little surprised that such cap raise in in you interests!

I think builder execs are guilty of 'financial terrorism' against the tax payer. I don't like apologists and i expect decent people turned a blind eye 90 years ago in a certain euro country. The small print was against them!What some people here don't seem to understand is there is no small print in a democracy saying population have to accept shoddy substandard behaviour from those in authority or responsibility. Let's discuss who benefited from austerity taxes(£1-2 trillion). Multinationals assets and debt bailed out- but they return less tax! Crown estate and big landlords fully asset value rescued- however they made no sacrifices and then invested less than most other sectors. Personally i think this was bad deal for tax payer and why i refuse pay more tax and why passport going in river a.s.a.p! I continue to try to understand why big landlords property prices and assets were fully completely rescued (incl religions assets) and suffered no losses (50% min would have been fair). Obviously implication is that politicians are servants of above but also how terrible /devastating it would be for a landlord of say 40 properties to be reduced to owning only 20. How would they cope? Maybe their world would collapse and they could become aggressive (or hissy then agressive!) On other hand scientist or engineer whose work is delayed/cancelled (ref global warming work and vv inability to source funds due austerity) he/she just goes away thinking they were at fault and 'timing' wrong!! ie non-agg.

Personally i'm not paying a cent more in tax until the builder bonuses are all returned in full-100's Millions. I'm not paying a cent more in tax until HMQ and the big landlords admit that they have selfishy taken a generations tax money to DIRECTLY bail out their own asset values and life styles and incomes and position in society. And admit that by redirecting this they have ignorantly and extremely foolishly delayed and also crippled vital green energy investment which was already decades late. But instead the politicians rescued their friends and are on a path to make cheap energy scarce and reduce possibilities and essentially reVictorianise society.
