A good investor should be aware of the downsides so a takeover was always in the back of my mind. Preferably I'd like to see Helium One go the full hog, but it's not up to me. I'd also like to see Helium-3 instead of Helium-4 🤪. Keep tuned in and all will be revealed...pigs can now fly with their own personal drone. 😉

Hypothetically speaking, if there is a take over, what would happen to shareholders shares? Would there either be a forced sell at an agreed share price or would the He1 shares be converted to new shares in the new owners company?

...with all these hidden purchases, there is no indication on what the total accumulation percentage is, other than what percentage the brokers hold?
