I would echo that sentiment MCNol, I haven't been here for as long as some, maybe 2 years or so, before deciding to make my largest investment earlier on in the year. My average is slightly higher but still well under 1p.

We are now at an inflection point in the history of Helium One and I'm glad to be here among like minded investors, all with their differing view points and personalities.

What are peoples thoughts on the timescales for a Final Investment Decision? Does the early plant need to encompass all 5 wells or can it be operated with a much small number, 1 or 2 for example.

*Personally, I would rather they stay the course of using cash generation with some loan(s) and avoid dilution in the next 18 months where they can.

I like the premise of "an end result of self sufficient revenue generation with zero debt" as Blubay suggests. I can see how this could be achievable.

I got the impression that dilution wouldn't be off the table though, as the company wants to remain opportunistic. I agree with Graham Jacobs that not all dilution acts as a liability, it does however drop the share price in the shorter term, which can hurt the shareholder, unless the share price trajectory is (a) already heading significantly north, or (b) the market recognises the value that the dilution could create.

Thanks Punter, I agree that Perpetual by the definition of the word is to continue indefinitely. The description Blubay implied would be constrained within a time-limit. So for the purposes of this argument, the duration is the constraining factor, of which the supply of Helium could be described as perpetual long after the requirements of the resource are required.

This all becomes irrelevant once we get to a world without capital in about a decade anyway.

Okay, as an example. So, there has been an actual discovery that there is an ocean of water under the Earth's crust that holds twice the volume of water than our surface oceans. What if this is connected under Rukwa. Your model of 'perpetual' exists in a close system. However, what we don't know is the quantity of radioactive material under the surface, how the Helium is trapped (rocks with possibly high Helium concentrations). For all intents and purposes, Rukwa could be described as perpetual.

The truth is, we just don't know exactly what is down there. All we can do is hypothesise.
