It seems the US is the biggest beneficiary of the Qatar LPG energy plant being taken out of action - they now control the majority Helium supply. It's interesting that China imports 85% of their helium. The competition is hotting up in the AI race between China and America, and the ones who have access to the materials that allow the best chips to be manufactured which make the best AI's will be the successor. Could the JV deal in Tanzania be between these two countrys? 🤔

Or that debt wasn't an option at the time and they felt that accelerating Galactica was too good of an opportunity not to miss.

The third option I see, is that they need to allocate all available debt to the Rukwa project.

I suppose a forth option is the purchase of noble as part of a JV Rukwa dominance plan.... but that is pie in the sky strategy.

In answer to your question - my opinion would be, even though HE1 are in position to draw income from the Galactica plant and take out debt, they have opted for dilution. Could it be that they feel there exists sufficient value in the company to justify the dilution over debt. 🤔

Maybe there is a lot of potential value in Rukwa that they have not yet disclosed for JV/governmental/legal reasons. For me, its about reading between the lines.

What has been made abundantly clear following on from the war in Iran last month is the severe shortage of helium globally. This has stemed largely from a large proportion of helium being sourced in the middle east, the epicenter of the conflict zone.

Helium One and its JV partner(s) now have to graft towards realising that shortage in areas away from the middle east, i.e. directly in the USA and in Tanzania.

Yesterday's raise demonstrates Helium One are taking action and are up for the challenge of increasing their collective helium output.

I think there will be lots of news incoming and we will see lots of action from the company in the next six to twelve months.

To add to this, Elon Musk announced his Terafab facility increasing global chip manufacturing by over x50 in the next five years. This gives automation, robotics, medical advancement, space technologies all access to artificial intelligent level chips. If I were Helium One and Bluestar, I would be ploughing as much money into the exploration and tapping into whatever helium supply I could get my hands on. If that means asking the market to help raise the capital, then so be it.
