They need months of money not weeks.

10bn shs at 0.015 gives them £1.5m. It’s possible but they would have to attach a warrant as before effectively permitting the issue of another 10bn shs.

So that would mean 15bn shs in issue with another 13.6bn warrants 3.6bn @0.022 and 10bn at 0.015

But why would PIs loan this company £1.5m when absolutely no other lender will?

You wonder why? How about deliberate attempts to ramp up the price? Small buys in money terms so that ENET can access a potential £800k funding via warrant conversion. Another 3.6 bn shs so a huge dilution to holders.

The alternative is an attempt at a hugely discounted and diluting placement or straight to administration . Simple

And the company didn’t “clear” its debt obligations in the truest sense. In that they didn’t earn enough money to be able to do it. Quite the opposite. Instead they raised money from investors to clear the debt. And let’s put the debt into perspective. It was just £300k.

And the fact that they have yet again run out of money and seemingly options too.

But in the meantime it has no money to run its day-to-day business operations and is trading insolvent.

The only 2 realistic options on the table are administration or another massive dilution via placement.

They need months of breathing space rather than weeks so would need to raise at least £1.5m which would mean another 10bn shs at 0.015. Possible? Yes. Unlikely? Yes

If you are a shareholder then your shares are about to become a) worth a lot less or b) worthless. If you still own warrants and shares from the placement it makes sense at this stage to offload the shares. This takes away the risk of placement or administration whilst still maintaining some upside exposure.
