Why do you want an update? Just read previous RNS if you want an update on contracts. Or easier still just make it up yourself.

Haha yep, that’s a whole lotta shares and the PIs have been wiped out every time. And never a mention or an acknowledgement of those huge losses of PIs from DL. Rinse and repeat…..

Is it just me or does anyone else think that DL walks into these meetings singing “you’ve got to pick a pocket or two”……?

I love it when some people here say things like the supply has been taken out, or there is nothing on the offer or this thing will gap.

Currently there are 5bn shs in issue. If each share was a pound coin and we stacked them on top of each other the pile would be 14km high! Yep 14 km.

There are another 10km of shares to be converted from warrants between 0.022 and 0.045.

And a 10bn share placement would produce another 28km!!

56km in all.

If a yes vote expect a fanciful jam-tomorrow statement across multiple verticles followed by another placement 10bn shs at 0.022 . A no-note means DL has to bail himself out by way of loan or admit it’s over, which it should have been long ago…..

The company has nothing in the bank and loses £250k/month. FACT

The company had £35k in the bank in Dec

and has since raised £810k and received around £350k in non-recurring revenues.

You do the math…..

Although if you’ve been holding for a long time you have been so diluted it actually probably doesn’t make much of a difference unless yiu topped up in the placement.

Seems the realists on here believe that DL has been given too much financial support in numerous placements since the company floated and he has squandered it all. Time to turn the tap off and vote no.

If this company has a future it is time for DL to provide the funding by way of loan.
