IMO he tried to get the placement away in Jan knowing the companies finances were in a black hole. He claimed it was well-supported and IMO tried to lure PIs into taking the whole lot. (Institutions would not be allowed to invest in a suspended stock). Despite knowing this he ploughed on regardless. When it was clear that there was not enough support he claimed he had found further losses. Those losses would not have been found quite so quickly if the placement had been successful! So he tried to screw you all way back then. And a leopard can’t change its spots…….

I have watched this forum for some time and

cannot that literally thousands upon thousands of posts have been made since this stock was suspended and there has actually been very little news since the suspension.Why? Some posters post daily their drivel on a daily basis. The DA will be done at 15p, 20p. This stock is worthy of a £100m mkt cap etc. Blah, blah . All BS. Again why? Maybe they’re trying to sucker-in some poor newbie should this ever come out if suspension. I don’t think it’s likely to trade again. Not impossible of course but unlikely.

There’s actually been very little news and what news there has been can surely only be seen negatively:

Still no accounts published. Why? Huge red flag and possibly an even bigger black hole.

Failed capital raise. Expected by me but the huge red flags here are that Lunn “believed” it would be successful and assured investors it was well-supported. He has since created a story about finding further losses oh and miraculously a cornerstone investor.

Maybe the AGM is the last chance to shed some light?

This company will only survive if shareholders keep supporting placements and continue to bail it out.

But why keep giving DL money? They’ve had plenty of time and money to develop the business but have squandered millions upon millions of pounds. This company continually demonstrates it cannot survive without bailouts. It has almost no income and crippling outgoings. It also has technology that, despite DL’s claims, nobody wants. That’s where we are. The business plan has now shifted to a new bunch of fanciful verticals. Time to say no and stop DL’s gravy train.

Well I won’t miss it, but it will have been worth it all to see DL fail. Lying toe-rag. He should be investigated but the AIM market seems full of similar scam companies so nothing will happen. As long as they stick to non-committal and just suggestive text in their RNSs they seem to be able to avoid penalty or being held to account. And DL has made millions and is an expert at said BS.

1. Administration. This should happen. It’s a dog.

2. EGM to change the nominal value of shares by stock consolidation (reverse stock-split). This can only happen if there are enough “believers” of jam tomorrow. It will mean all the holders from the previous placement will be totally wiped out.

Worth less or worthless?

Either way it’s a sell at these levels as the company cannot continue to trade insolvent
