The whole notion of a teams call is bizarre. If they had price-sensitive (positive) news it would have been RNSd a million times already.

So the idea that they can tell him anything positive outside of an RNS is just nonsensical.

There was a poster over at NNN in the last few months, said some things that only an insider would know. Tried to shout-down all the bears in spite of what was clearly happening. Deffo a board member who deleted all his messages/profile as soon as the company went into administration. The company did it out of desperation.

I had a mate who was convinced to go all-in on an AIM stock. #NNN. Now bust. And when I started to look into the company I found chat rooms like these. Implausible charlatans talking in certainties. But as a mob they can be very convincing. So I like to give another view. Surely that’s a good thing? You don’t have to listen. You didn’t listen.

The accelerated exercise price for the warrants was because ENET were in desperate need of cash. The backers of the placement wouldn’t stump up £1.5m for 7.2 bn shs instead it was half stock and half warrants. ENET have again run out of cash now and the attempts at pumping the stock so that the warrants get exercised have failed. Placement or administration? Deja-vu. Tick-tock…….

Q. Why do you think the warrants have an accelerated exercise price of 0.045p?

And that’s the level of sweetener they had to give to get the placement away……

Those at the placement got one share plus one warrant.

The smart money sold their shares for a small profit and kept the warrants . That equates to a free call @ 0.022p, capped at 0.044p

As I said, too stupid to understand…..

So the last placement at 0.02p they had to attach a warrant with an identical exercise price to get it away.

Anybody who has bought since the placement has actually paid twice the placement price as they do not get any warrants. So you have all been played, yet again, but are too stupid to understand…….

If the SP stays here or drifts the company is bust.

If by another jam-tomorrow statement they can get the SP above 0.022p then there is an overhang of 3.6bn shares. That would take the shares in issue to 8.6 bn.

Let that sink in, 8.6 BILLION!!!!

Yes exercise price is 0.022p. Holders could have sold the stock at a small profit and kept the warrants. Effectively a free call at 0.022p with the profit capped at 0.045p

The strike price of the warrants is NOT 0.045p!

That most on here have no idea what they have invested in and how the warrant works. Including somebody who owns 3% of the company!
