Good morning NFF where’s UG?

Don’t blame anybody else for the demise of this company other than the CEO. He has been in charge for a full year and there has been no sales and no revenues. Nothing. Nothing at all in 12 months. What he did do was renegotiate his option remuneration package from 4p and above with strict SP performance criteria to 1p with no SP performance criteria attached. He also then awarded himself £250k if the increased the mkt cap by £10m!! This is is what has eroded shareholder confidence and the SP. I mean what does it really say about the CEOs confidence in the future performance of his company? ( Given that the SP was 1.25p when he took over!!) So here we are. This is a company that for every 8 hour day/40 hour week burns approximately £2000 per hour!!! There are around 15-25 senior staff now in place. Let’s say 20. Employed for a full year. I’ll be kind let’s say they’ve all been there for 6 months. Working around 1000 hours each in that time. So that’s 20000 hours and what have they to show for it? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. No mention on the Volz website. Still no working phone on the Virosynth website!! I could go on. This is no longer just a company with Cave staring into the distance dreaming of people covered in masks being saved from drowning in a sea of virus by bigger lifeboats. This is now a company that is no further forward than it was last year but now employs a team of nobodies costing 2 grand a day!! A big thank you Duffers from all the LTHs!!!

I think you should go easy on the cheap Ozzy grog. If funds are tight I’d advise saving up and investing in one good bottle of vino rather than filling the cellar with rubbish. And maybe you could apply the same philosophy to your share portfolio! Lol

Anyway only another £16k burnt by the firm today! Lol

In hindsight he was probably talking about his own personal finances and not those of NNN!!!

Didn’t Duffers once say that he likes to wake up knowing all his costs are covered by January? Lol

So the company burnt through £2m in the 6 months up to end June. That’s a colossal £333k per month to “run” this company!!! And the burn rate could be even higher allowing for recent recruits.
Contract or insolvency? Either way not long til we find out!!

Well the burn-rate is frightening. So
Duffers has now been in the seat for, as near as dammit, 12 months. And sales revs have actually decreased over that time to almost nothing. Nothing. After 12 months in charge, nothing. That’s the long and short of it.

And they will definitely want to drop a stonker of an RNS before then. Probably at 2.37 pm on the Thursday before the AGM. Just my opinion. I could be wrong!!
