The only reason the SP is as high as it is is because Duffers + 1 invested £30k and you guys all averaged yet again. Then he sells 20% of the company at these levels. I’d be fuming but he had to as no other way of raising funds so much better than insolvency. Then he comes out with an RNS today ( or shouldn’t even warrant an RNS - UG) and you guys buy it yet again. I mean wtf?? There is a potential overhang if shares coming to the mkt each month from Lanstead if they choose to sell. They’ll do whatever they see fit to protect their interests. Talk about FOMO. It’s just lambs to the slaughter in my opinion

As I’ve said previously I was introduced to this stock as a mate was recommended it in the lumpy RMS days and he was puffed in. So I thought I’d take a look and try to disprove some of the people/ideas hew was being swayed by. In all honesty I was looking forward to signing off when the Doomsday Clock struck 12, but unfortunately you now might have to put up with me for a little while longer!

Never any mention of a capital-raising

Re dishonesty…. the AGM was 5-6 weeks ago and they said then that there was enough working capital (£1.8m) to keep the company going for a year. This despite having burnt £2m in the previous 6 months. So did anybody at the AGM query the £2m loss?

I’m not saying that at all, I think the BoD are doing their best. But they have moved from masks(failed), to looking for an SA (failed) to now trying to move into cosmetics. An area of nano, which I highlighted earlier, is already populated by the big global players and apparently has been since 2006! So you tell me, where are the revenues coming from because I have literally no idea?

Put yourself in the shoes of a banker for a mo. And Duffers comes to you 1st July and says he wants to borrow £3m. And then he tells you that whilst the company has £1.8m in the bank there have been no sales in the past 6 months and there is almost no prospect of any sales in the next 6 months. But he has a wish-list. And then he tells you that the company has burnt £2m in the past 6 months. I mean what would any lender say? It’s a big fat no. Hence Lanstead. Who do well in any scenario

I try to be objective, it’s how I’m wired.
Even today there are people on here saying this stock will be 1p, 1.5p, 2p even 5p. 2p equates to a mkt cap of £40m 5p takes this stock to a mkt cap of £100m. I mean preposterous numbers yet I never see any of you guys saying so? Anyway no answer from anybody yet on how the Volz JV is going to make money. Funny that……

I said today that Duffers actually signing any form of agreement was a surprise and a small positive.
But if you think that Lanstead are some kind of white knight then you are mistaken. The funding is a desperation deal which they’ve had to try to spin otherwise. Remember at the AGM there was never any mention of the company requiring an imminent cash injection. They are not being honest with you but you will always want to believe that they are. Uninvested I can be impartial but most LTHs can’t.

Yes they do make more money if the stock goes up. More. More than if it goes down but they can still absolutely make money it goes down

There is no indication whatsoever that any work at all has started on converting the factory as Volz did not want to 100% fund it?
But that actually wasn’t the question. My question was how does the JV make money?

Have you ever stopped to think about how Virosynth intends to make money from Volz? I have no idea but would happily listen to suggestions

The conversion will never take place. Remember Volz have a perfectly decent business without NNN. Why risk £1m?
