5th July He buys £15k of stock
Stock rallies to 0.75p ( shafting all the buyers)
Stock drifts back to his in-price 0f 0.48p (not lower because you all have faith that if Duffers has bought at this level then he must know something!)
Turn out he does know something and refinancing happens today
Result is that Duffers continues to get paid £16k a month

In hindsight the best thing that Duffers did was buying stock. He and the other dude put in £15k each and you guys on here bought the stock in the back of it and added £5m yes £5million to the mkt cap!!! That’s why the deal was done at this level!!! Means they can now both take their salaries for another year.

They’ve been absolutely shafted on terms but had no other option. You don’t get much room to negotiate when you are 75 working days from insolvency

Also where does that leave the JV. I can’t see Volz would be very happy. How do they get paid for the Viroynth’s 50% cost of upgrading production line. That’s just not happening now as we all kinda knew anyway

Well at least I don’t have to get out the Doomsday Clock just yet, the can has been kicked down the road for a few months.
When Duffers arrived it was about outsourcing mask production and mask sales. FAIL
Suddenly he changed tack in Feb and said the company would grow by SA. Back-away in June. FAIL
As recently as FY results in July he stated there was enough money in the bank to sustain operations for the year. FAIL

I genuinely think the BoD do read this board. I think it was a bit of a giveaway when some of them purchased shares ahead of a perceived potential lynching at the AGM. So, in order to focus their attention, maybe a countdown clock from 50 days til doomsday might help them realise that the proverbial creek can indeed be real!

There has never been a single piece of good news in the past 18 months. Just some positive words (I dream a dream) from time-to-time to keep the LTHs happy!! The wonder is why the stock has ever rallied given it pukes £16k be a day and will run out of money in 4-5 months

With the stock bumping along at a halfpenny I or anybody else could just load up. But we don’t. The only buyers in the last rise were the pump/dumpers and those “believers” who averaged down yet again. You should be ashamed pumping this company daily for your own personal needs. The need to feel right, the need to feel listened-to and the need to pump a stock you are underwater in. Outside of NNN you should generally just be ashamed full-stop!
