No contrition from Duffers whatsoever. No personal word to the shareholders re the SP. Nothing. He was always, in my mind, unsuitable for the role after I heard his first car-crash interview. Completely out of his depth. He has learnt nothing in the last 11 months and has certainly not grown into the role. Makes you wonder how many turned down the role before they got to Duffers? Or indeed how many just refused yo be interviewed. He’s a chancer. Gets 12 months of “fame” as a CEO and very decently rewarded. There are a few on here who could do a far better job. It’s unbelievable Geoff!!

Most LTHS are unwilling to sell at this level, and actually the only buyers will likely be LTHs averaging down. So the SP is kinda immaterial when there is no volume. What is material is that unless there is some form of contract news this company will be insolvent in a matter of months

Be careful there is an absolute chance that this company will no longer exist in 6 months. And given its track record I would say it’s a likelihood they will not.

That’s about as bad an RNS as you can get. Finals were actually worse than the lowest of expectations and no sales or contracts. Just the promise of jam tomorrow. And Duffers has been in charge for a full year. If you employ monkeys you get peanuts! £2m gone!!!

And not a fookin clue how to run a business. They’ve chewed up £2m!

I am worried you keep throwing money at them, it goes against every principle of trading I was ever taught! But, that doesn't mean you are wrong. Not at all. I just feel if there was any good news whatsoever then they would just get it out there. Silence in this particular stock isn't, and hasn't, been golden. Quite how they would fund an SA of a company that will significantly and incrementally add to the market cap is still a big question in my mind. And might be dilutitive. Another reason for getting the SP higher. Remember Duffers needs to add £10m to the mkt cap after dilutions for him to get his £270k. And north of 1p seems quite frankly a distant dream. Good luck but just beware, free bets in the stock market rarely exist

They need to come up with a contract sooner or later otherwise the company will just go bust

So you've got a company with £2.5-3m in the bank but that company has no sales and no revenues and a track record of abject failure going back several years. Also it has a top-heavy fat-cat bod. Quite what the monthly burn-rate of this company is just a guess but I would say between £50-100k pm. With nothing in the pipeline except a Christmas wish-list the company surely has to be realistically valued at less than it's current cash reserves? That's what I think
