Financial Overview
During the six months to 30 June 2022, the Group recorded revenues from continuing operations of £9,988 compared with £133,116 for the six months to 30 June 2021. The operating loss from continuing operations for the period was £1,781,217 (30 June 2021: £1,162,718). The loss per share on continuing operations was 0.085 pence (30 June 2021: loss per share 0.057 pence).

Yep FOMO yesterday and I think we can all have a pretty good guess as to who the seller would have been….
Here’s the thing that bothers me with the JV……
Volz make around €6m net profit per annum from around €60m in gross sales. They aren’t just going to give a portion of that business away. I mean why on earth would they. Hence the JV. So any business created via the JV will have to be new business (anti-viral) and those sales/profits are then shared. But these are just tiny numbers compared to
how much it costs to run NNN each month. The numbers simply do not add up. NNN news contracts which are going to generate profits, not sales, of £3m pa just to keep the doors open. And I can just never see that happening.

An RNS is very much due before month-end and I would say that it would make more sense to put it out tomorrow rather than Monday but who knows? Anyway an increase in volume and a tick-up in the price is always welcome. I have my opinions on what I think is happening but I think it is a good time for me to sit back and see. I honestly hope for the best for all of you but naturally fear for the worst. Did I buy today? No. Still flat.

They set a benchmark price at a premium to the SP to confuse people like you. So that you focus in on the word PREMIUM!!!
The reality is it’s a reference point, nothing more. And at the current SP Lanstead but approx 1m shs a day at around 0.25p and at this price NNN get less than half the funds originally pledged. Should keep things going for another 6 months…..

My comments re Lanstead recently are really aimed at people like you. People who don’t understand the deal and the type of organisation the deal has been done with. If you really think Lanstead paid a premium then you are deluded

And given that they say on their website they have done over 45 of these deals (let’s say 46 then!) in 15 years then I think those deals are a perfect representation. I mean why would Lanstead want to hold onto stock in any of them?

Yep, and Lanstead dump stock to make money/hedge risk. And quite rightly so given the types of companies they own stock in. From the ones I’ve looked at around 20-25% of their position is typically sold within 6 months

This will be my last post of today. Yay!
I never once saw you criticise, call/out or question any of the goons who were singing the praises of the Lanstead deal when it was announced. It seems you were either in agreement or ambivalent to the all the ramping posts that occurred as a result. And yet you call me out when I post facts. And yet you talk about balance….

A little bit of advice Dr M ….I think you really need to read posts before you comment or cut/paste. Because whenever you comment it makes you look a bit silly. Every day is a school day!

I delved because I wanted to find out about Lanstead and how they operated. What you posted did not give me anyinformation in that regard and as such would not have saved me any time. I thought I’d make that point.
Regarding whether Lanstead make more money if the stock goes up? It is incorrect to assume that they automatically do (all depends on when they sell and at what price??) however I will concede that it is more likely.
