And he would have known there was no forward order book. It’s almost like he bent the truth to Volz, and to LTHs. Banstead don’t care too much, because they just buy a little at a time at a 25% discount to VWAP.

I think they wrote-off around 400k on masks? So I think the rest of it is operating expenses.

Yes they had £1.7mm in the bank, but they had also just declared a loss of £1.7m for the previous 6 months prior to the Lanstead deal. You see how tricky that is?

The trading platforms I use have a minimum investment and it’s not £100!!

Lanstead can make money even if NNN go bust!!

Maybe Volz believed Duffers when he said they had enough money to cover operating expenses ses for the next 12 months. Oh and not only that…they also said at that time that they intended to grow the business by acquisition. So, since the grant of the options, they are no longer growing by acquisition (funny that!) and have had a fire-sale fund-raising. I’m sure not of that was presented to Volz at the time. What do you think?? Lol

Regarding Volz’s options. So they were granted them with a strike price of 1p because NNN couldn’t afford to put in £0.5m pounds for the update of Volz production line. Now if you believe that Volz have now spent £1m on the update, how must they have felt when, around 6 months later, NNN issued another 20% new shares at 0.55p? Or, as of today, at around 0.27p. Fooked. Royally rogered. If I were Volz I’d be seething. What do you think?
