Unfortunately in the end one is left no choice but to call a spade a spade. Thank you Duffers. Ironically once one accepts that then there can be only upside!! As you have mentioned numerous times, I actually do hope you all do well. But with Duffers in charge FFS!!!!!

I’m sure Cave, given the choice, would be delighted to see the back of Duffers. But he can’t make it happen and Duffers is surrounded by Duffers men. Cave must feel very isolated and regretting the day Duffers walked in. The cash burn and SP is destroying Cave’s investment more than anybody elses

I think you must have gone to the same school of economics as Duffers!!

But NNN are in such poor credit they would not have been able to secure the funding needed imo. Presumably they would be paying a premium for any target otherwise why would the target sell?

I personally think NNN was up for sale and the deal fell through because of NNNs accounts

Any SA would have failed on the.basis of any funding by taking one look at NNNa accounts UG surely?

So effectively Trisor to raise £1m via the share agreement (at current SP) has decreased the mkt cap by around £13m!! Good old Duffers

Oh and he said he likes to have all his bills paid by January. Did he mean his own personal bills Chez Duffers? Or those of NNN? In which case he diluted shareholders by 20% to keep those lights on. FACT

Oh and add to that they knew they were about to post a roughly £2m loss for the previous 6 months. FACT

NNN had no money Trisor, not for an SA. FACT. And they knew they had no revenues. FACT. And they knew they would need to raise capital just to pay salaries. FACT

I rather think the onus would be on either Duffers or you to explain to me how an SA that would increase the mkt cap by £10m was ever going to happen ? When the trere was no money? And not only no money but clearly a capital raising was imminent.

I don’t think Lanstead care. They will get out of NNN stock with a profit. NNN won’t exist in 6 months without a money-making deal and further funding.
