Anyway the reason the SP spikes on perceived good news is because of investors like you. You believe the sales spiel but ignore the hard facts. Still that’s what makes a market!

And that’s what makes a market. Some buy some sell, but only fools buy this one and the smart money dumps. Lanstead would not throw any more at this company and Oval X only would at a 30% discount plus free warrants. Yet still you believe and pay market prices whereas Lanstead and Oval X do not.
They’ve both played a blinder. Hats off to them. All NNN have played is the gullible, yet again. Just my opinion. But I have been right once or twice!!

Another 8.6% tossed away at 0.18 via the placement at a 30% discount
And finally a further 4.3 % will be given away for ZERO if the stock ever reaches 0.5p!!!
And still you believe in the management.

Volz are the first and only “customer” that we know of so far of Virosynth. Given that Volz are a long-established company operating in the filter sector and with global sales of around €6m….. why no revs or orders from Volz? One can only assume that any existing customers have said no to the anti-viral product. And that’s not good. Hence the need to go to the filter exhibition.

If they had £10m in the bank I’d be slightly optimistic too. They don’t. And costs are seemingly going up not down. So they will need more money, and quickly. And the RNS makes no mention of this conveniently!

I’d also add that if this RNS contained any price-sensitive market information then why did NNN not release this to the market ahead of funding. Instead they did it after the placement, to try to appease investors. They did exactly the same after the Lanstead deal

I thought everybody had decided last week that this RNS needed to address the placement, future funding and finally the signing of a revenue/producing contract.
Whilst being quite well-written, this RNS actually addresses none of the above. Running costs and future funding/dilution continue to be a real issue going forward. Furthermore this confirms that Lanstead clearly said no further funding

OK so I will leave you with this thought…..
Is Tesla a growth stock? It has been battered recently and whilst being profitable and having a market-leading product it currently trades at around 3.2 x sales. Chinese equivalents trade at 1.2 x sales. Hmm.
Using the same valuations means NNN should be worth about £12k!!!!

The massive irony here is there is way more intelligence collectively on this board than the actual BoD. Way more drive, way more ideas and way more skills. Shame

Sometimes the problems with these boards is that there are so many investors in the same position that you will naturally all try to spin a positive from a negative. And then you all come to a consensus based on what you would like to happen rather than what is likely to happen. And a noisy consensus is a powerful thing …, particularly against a non-invested perceived troll. Anyway. Good luck. Fist bump

Hey Dr M I am genuinely am sorry but unfortunately not surprised at the way things have turned out. So much money had been lost. So many false promises blah blah. I never had an agenda. The fact that I didn’t have a position enabled me to look at this without tunnel-vision which is almost impossible to do sometimes when you are financially and emotionally invested.
I’m not one to gloat, things are tough as a PI. Trust me I know.
But this is my first ever look at an AIM stock. Feck me. Never again!!!!’
