I agree he’s running out of ways to fund. When I say a little avenue will be another £200k maybe just to keep the lights on.
I’m surprised Cave has been so quiet but I think he probably feels very isolated.

By continually promising jam tomorrow he keeps the PIs onside and it still gives him a little avenue to raise further funds.

1. If Duffers couldn’t convince Oval X that they are likely to make a profit on their shs at a 30% discount then it would been a 40 or 50 discount.
2. Given that NNN will need to raise further funds of course it’s in Duffers interest to keep the SP as high as possible and he knows from past SP performance that the PIs are the gullible

I do love your mis-placed optimism! He issues RNSs after fund-raising to give the impression to you, the LTHs, that things are just tickety-boo. And it works every time to be fair. Dreadful half-Year lies, long RNS. Dreadful Lanstead deal, long RNS. Dreadful placing, long RNS. See the trend? The timing of the RNS would have been used as a sweetener to help get the placement done.

I’m order to dynamically hedge Lanstead need to sell approx 1.2 m shs /day. If they do that they are technically flat and just make 25% on everything they sell. If they don not sell anything then they technically get longer 1.2 m shs day at a 25 discount to WAP. Genius!!

The shares have been allocated but the price has t been established. EG If they sold everything tomorrow they would be at risk everyday until the 24 months is up if the price traded above the price they sold

Agree with you re Lanstead. I suspect Oval X would have been 25-30% of the vol yesterday so have sold 65m

But I don’t think there was any offer of cash for funding continuing operations.
I’ve just seen the propose site on the news which they have been developing. It’s a freakin field. A big field!!

I will have to check but from what I understand the offer of funding was for a takeover of the company and was very low and really just for the IP as not many other assets. So I assume it was turned down because creditors feel that they will get more for the IP via bankruptcy
