I do agree Dr M. And it’s no surprise that the supposed great RNSs come out immediately after funding has taken place and not the other way around. That to me is just the biggest red flag.
BritishVolt just gone bust. No revenues. Great idea. But the backing finally dried up. It’s a shame but that’s the way things work

As UG mentioned earlier it absolutely beggars belief that plenty of investors still apparently do not understand the Lanstead sharing agreement

The £2,942,500 gross proceeds of the Lanstead Subscription will be pledged to Lanstead by the Company pursuant to a Sharing Agreement with Lanstead. The Sharing Agreement, details of which are set out below, entitles the Company to receive back those proceeds on a pro rata monthly basis over a period of 24 months, subject to adjustment upwards or downwards each month depending on the Company's share price at the time relative to the Benchmark Price of 0.7333 pence per share. The monthly settlement amounts for the Sharing Agreement are structured to commence approximately one month (or earlier by agreement with Lanstead) following Admission

You all seem to know so much about where this company is going. Yet Lanstead said no. And they would have sat down with Duffers face-to-face.
And they said NO. But you all still think yes after the RNS but Lanstead said NO! And at a big discount and they still said no! Buyer beware . As you were…..!
