The employee buying was a cynical attempt to give the impression of confidence when in discussions with Lanstead. But it’s notable that there have been no employee purchases since despite the huge drop in the SP

They are closer because they will be able to call Duffers personally and get an ear. They will have met Duffers personally. They will have sat around a table pre the deal and had NNNs strategy explained fully to them.
If you do not see Lanstead selling £200k of stock (when their downside is just 0.25p/share or £200k) then actually I pity you

Monday morning and all seems well here. It’s funny how everybody seems to know better than Lanstead all of a sudden?

I’ve just listened to most of it and for me there were 2 key points
1. IP Cave pretty much admits that patent infringements or copying of IP are difficult and expensive to challenge in a court so the key is to be first to market in any product .
2. He could have sold shares at 5p or 6p but didn’t. He just got that plain wrong

Loads of you were positive when Lanstead “invested” in NNN. “They are all ex bankers and know what they are doing “etc, etc. “Why would they invest if they didn’t believe in NNN ?” blah blah. Well it’s true they do know what they are doing. They are professionals. As stated many times their deal is genius. But here’s the thing. They have been selling. 70mm shs equates to just £200k and yet they were not prepared to put this money at risk. They would lose just £200k if the company went bust tomorrow. A company like Lanstead and they are not prepared to risk just £200k on NNN. Factor that into your equation if you are thinking of investing.
