Unfortunately by re-posting that you demonstrate little understanding of the finance deal. These Q and As were posted to try to sell the deal to LTHs. And in your case it appears to have worked!!

Lanstead deal- Genius indeed.
Some on here need to stop looking at this deal as an investment in NNN. They are obviously a lender of last resort.
For those in any doubt, think about this. If Lanstead thought the stock was going up they would have just bought into the stock at that level.
Instead they are protected on the downside buying at a 25% discount every day with no upfront costs!
And they have a free 2-year call option on the stock.
Add in the 35m free shares and £20k for “legal” fees and it is indeed genius.

Are we even sure that Volz have updated their factory lines? In the absence of any interest in the product I mean why would Volz do anything other than sit and wait? I believe nothing is happening and that the filter-fayre is the last roll of the dice with regard to anti-viral media for them. Hence the silence. There really is nothing positive for Duffers to say. NHS and dentists are already using these portable air purifying Covid-killing filters.

You could all be right, it’s just my opinion. But here’s something to think about. Volz have €70m of global sales approximately. And you would have thought they might have been able to announce that a certain percentage of those customers were changing to the Covid-killing filters. But nothing, nothing at all. And now we hear there is a filter-fayre that Virosynth are going to. Why.? Surely Volz already know the filter business and have approached all their customer base. So seemingly no orders, no uptake on the technology.

So China had a zero-Covid policy and yet could not eradicate the virus. And they threw everything at it. And hit a long time. Entire cities locked-down sometimes for months. History has proven that you don’t kill a virus, you live with it. Whether a mask or filter kills Covid or just filters Covid is largely irrelevant. And for all of those who felt that China is a market for this technology, think again. All China had to do was google Covid-killing masks/filters and could have accessed the technology if they so chose. They did not. Nobody wants or needs this technology. It is irrelevant

Surely Duffers should be looking at cutting overheads? His £120k/mth reva from the agreement has turned to £40k. An £80k/mth shortfall

Duffers has given no official updates good or bad to the shareholders apart from his one staged-interviews .

And Lanstead will also know that NNN go into an existential crisis in 6 months without further funds

Lanstead shouldn’t have privileged or price-sensitive info but things can be and are said behind closed doors. Who knows? But Lanstead could have simply just ask duffers if there any updates on any of the previously-mentioned potential contracts/agreements. If the answer is no the, then Lanstead can draw their own conclusions……

So Lanstead are selling and selling in blocks. It was just a matter of time. They have to protect their own interests. Without selling they would be long approx 80m shs from the sharing agreement plus the 35m free shares. So 115m. Not good that they are selling. For sure they will have been in contact with NNN prior to making the decision to sell. That’s a big red flag. There are 2 scenarios playing out here. 1. There is no news coming at all. 2. Lanstead are making room for a further capital raising which further dilutes shareholders but keeps NNN alive for a further 6 months. Either way it’s bleak.

I’m sure it was a great concert Trisor, it’s all about making memories. But as for NNN, forget it!!

I won’t be spending £400 on a carol concert either! But that probably represents better value-for-money than what you’ve spent on NNN.

Trisor why would I waste a day doing that? Money has nothing to do with it. If there is any positive news I will find out by RNS the same as everybody else. I would not buy before news as I’m 95% certain there will be no good news in this stock. Those are not the sorts of odds I ho for when I invest in stocks. And btw I still think this stock is significantly overvalued

I have occasionally played the lottery Trisor but not often. Why’s that?
