So it’s essentially almost a clone of Iris same BoD, and Ledger providing funds.

The Company entered into a consultancy agreement with Ledger Holdings Pty Ltd (Ledger) on 25 October 2022 (Ledger Agreement). Pursuant to the Ledger Agreement, Ledger will, through its consultant, Mr Levi Mochkin, provide business development services to the Company. Ledger will be paid a monthly fee of A$7,000 exclusive of GST to be paid on monthly basis following the receipt from Ledger of a valid tax invoice.

Very interesting, maybe Iris being acquired and these guys starting another venture? Looks like a Mochkin is the largest holder too.

Cadence Minerals’ lithium portfolio has been bolstered by the news Evergreen
Lithium has filed its admission documents with the ASX and is set to IPO in
March this year. Cadence Minerals has a 8.7% stake in Evergreen Lithium
estimated to be worth A$3.9m based on the 0.25c offer price. Evergreen’s asset is
in close proximity to one of Australia’s most significant recent lithium discoveries.

So taking their standard value (which they admit is low)
Amapa 30% £43m
EMH £5.6m
HAS £5.16m
EG1 £2.27m (not including £2m in milestone options)
Other £0.5m
Sonora £?m (Book value £3m)
So on a conservative value this gets you to a base case of £59.5m ~35p/share
Then add Amapa 49% option + EG1 option + Sonora outcome which added together should be the part of the share price that is a "gamble" which people are then able to put their own numbers on.
Once we get above 35p then it becomes fair to debate the pros/cons and future value etc IMO. Until then there is a massive margin of safety with the underlying asset values. Any good news from our holding would also help (EMH is long overdue news).

Regarding Amapa being fairly priced in.... FYI:
WH Ireland say "Even using our standard risk factor of 20% (PFS stage project), which provides no allowance for existing infrastructure and historical operation, gives us a fair value for Amapá alone of $52m (£43m). This is well in excess of Cadence’s market cap and before any further allowance of Cadence’s other projects and other investments are included. Cadence is due a rerate in our opinion."

Exploration and evaluation expenditure - Since the Company acquired the Projects, it has commenced active exploration on the Bynoe and Kenny Lithium Projects and has or will be required to make payments for services rendered and/or works completed. As at the date of this Prospectus, the Company has expended $943,524 on exploration activities as follows:

They've renamed the projects too:

Share count is actually higher going off the prospectus so the percentages will be a bit lower.

I calculated the current market cap at 25 cents to be $30m so it would then be $37m which makes the $7m raised 18.88% of the enlarged share capital. $7m of $37m.
Cadence ownership would be 10.68% worth ~$4m.
Hopefully it shoots up on listing though.

FYI: the listing is at 25 cents and we were issued at 20 cents so already a 25% premium to the £1.8m (£2.25m)

If he had legal rights over it then he wouldn’t be seeking an agreement with Ganfeng would he. He is contradicting himself, not sure how much Mexican politics differs from the U.K. but if it’s anything similar then you know you can’t trust what he says.
Exactly what deal is he going to sign over at the mine next month, that will be interesting to find out. Plenty had been said about needing private investment and partnerships.
