Selling LT/LS to Castillo Mike in exchange for shares and royalty.

Mike, it's an "Option" for Castillo, Castillo have to agree terms before it's binding. We would get Castillo shares in stages.
There is mention of a 2% net smelter royalty for the "facilitators" presumably KDNC would have rights to 29% of that 2% royalty too which could be sold on.
It's good as it's another asset that couldn't be valued with now a real value.

@CliffWeight Given most UK investors will hold their shares in an ISA where you cannot hold unlisted investments a delisting would be very detrimental to holders. Especially those with a larger holding as you will effectively lose that ISA allowance. I would expect most in an ISA would be far better accepting the offer if 75% is reached? Presumably those with a SIPP would be in a similar position?

I think it's gone up to 1100 BRL now (£150/month), Amapa is a very poor region with high unemployment so can't imagine it costing that much.

The minimum wage guaranteed by law in Brazil stood at 1,039 Brazilian reals per month in 2020.
At double the minimum wage it would be only £80k/month for 300 workers but they probably aren't all full time either.
Can't see it being any more than £100k/month in salaries and Dev should have a few million from the stockpile sales.

Mike, now everyone has sold out and drove the price down sadly there is a concerted effort on here by several to drive the price down further and convince people to sell out so they can buy back in cheaper. Have a look at the post titles over the past few days. 10p? I will double down if the derampers can get it to 10p.
It doesn’t really matter to me what the sp does short term so why am I bothering to counter the fud? I will sit back and wait for the deal and post articles on Reddit so they don’t get lost.
Perhaps when they are done buying or Amapa lands things will change here but some have been here 5 years plus with several accounts and have a clear vendetta so I doubt things will change.

Incorrect Gary, the 65% ore from the mine is still very profitable, we only seem to be able to get 58% rates for the stockpile possibly due to how long it has been sat there. Shipping rates are at 10 year highs and should subside.

The rates were lower back when the project was first announced.

If you want to see a shareholders opinion of why I am invested that is what I give, of course I am positive about this share because I believe it is undervalued and has good potential for large gains, I would not invest in something I did not believe in.

If you want to see blatant deramping have a look at @isb1974 (and several others) trying to get others to sell so he can get in on the cheap. This share seems to attract many of this type unfortunately.

@Nick, I suspect because of the rise from 3p lots of holders have a good profit and are panic selling to lock it in and there are not as many buyers wanting to add risk today as you can see from the entire market.
