I've been comparing my previous estimates to Anglo's numbers and I now understand there are some techniques to shift profits to lower tax jurisdictions, this could mean Anglo's "real" profits were in fact much higher than stated and probably closer to my estimates based on $48/t net profit at $150/t.

Net Profit $48/t x 5.3m = $254m (£186m) x 27% = £50m to Cadence per year
P/E 8 = £400m Market Cap = >£2/share (just for Amapa at 27%).

Yes, and we know they are targeting 600ktpa across all of their projects so not sure of their other production and how much they need to increase by.

It would be very significant for accelerating the mining our JV areas if they upped to 50ktpa for example.

Well £34m / 22p a share is basically nothing when you consider 20/27/49 percent ownership of a once billion dollar mine which made $171m profit.
Not to mention the other assets which if you back out just the public holdings the entirety of the private assets (HAS JV, Sonora JV, Amapa JV) combined are currently below £20m.

Once the deal is signed off and fully ratified institutions will be more likely to take a stake and invest. This is all retail traders at the moment and tiny volume.

@MLQ This is relating to the transfer of ownership of the private port to us so it's very good news indeed.
ANTAQ Resolution No. 57/2021 was published, which establishes the procedures for the transfer of corporate control or ownership of an organized port concession agreement, port facility lease agreement and adhesion agreement for the exploration of a port facility.

@Bannor, I was on about the working capital for Dev not CCZ.

On CCZ: we would stand to gain 29% (currently) of 1m-3m AUD in CCZ shares depending on drilling results. A minimum of ~£145k and maximum of around £440k.

It has already been mentioned by Kiran that we have loaned money to Dev which funded the initial start-up costs for the first shipments, some has come from the courts but not all of it and what we have put in already will be credited against the $3.5m for the 27%.

We have already spent/lent money to Dev so we don't actually need to raise the full $3.5m amount for the extra 7%.

The market has mostly missed the fact that the prior RNS was the big news and the rest of it is a formality now it's approved by the creditors.
I expect when the 20% is officially confirmed we will see another big move and I expect 27% news to arrive soon after giving another lift.
