Merchantbanker - did you expect production to start end of August? We're not even in July. I hold a lot of shares here and have not sold 1 but i have to say am very disappointed with that. The sp is where it is now because odx were not clear with PIs.

One of their objection is that the road is not for use by HGV. The officer clearly stated that the road is CURRENTLY being used by 1000s of HGVs a year! 10 more a day will not make any difference. Why are they singling out UKOG?

It may not even take that much time and UKOG will win the appeal.

This guys has been given a response - HGVs already use that road

If you are going to refuse, have a legal reason.

A great counter argument from the last speaker - UKOG seem to have it all covered with regards complaints from locals

The site must be on overload
Getting more traffic than expected
