Not for the first time, the SP will start to go up a day after an RNS. I expect to see it go up tomorrow.

"other transaction structures." - EUA too expensive for some. They're trying alternatives to get to the assets.
"non-binding offers" - EUA have indications of how much different parties want to pay.

"complexity of the process, involving several parties and structures" - EUA are basically telling us why it has taken this long so far and you have to assume all the hard work has now been completed. Meaning offer news can't be far away.

"and more recently delays resulting from western and Russian holiday periods." - This is specific to the DFS final approval delay, a first for EUA forced by a dependency. As soon as holiday period is done in Russia, i think the DFS final approval will land. I would expect that next week.

" discussions regarding proceeding to binding proposals are continuing." - For discussions to start regarding a binding offer, EUA must be happy with at least 1 offer. For me, this indicates news is very close.

if EUA was cheap, it would have gone by now.
A lot of big firms involved here - the reason for the delay and it also indicates a MEGA deal is in the process.

Acquisition of the Company is odds on here. Whichever way it goes, there is a lot of profit to be made from our assets and the BoD will choose the best for share holders.

Most of us long term holders know there is a certain buyer.
Everything EUA has is in high demand and its cost effective to mine, open pit.
The DFS approval will ensure the buyer won't need to wait for mining season either. Work can be done all year with no interruption. There's a lot that makes EUA a must have asset.
Bidding war? of course. That's why the FSP is open and not limited.
EUA have always said they won't be rushed and will ensure maximum gains will be achieved for shareholders.

For me, there is no question an offer will be made by one of the big boys. Obtaining our assets will set them apart from the rest. They will fight all the way as this means a spot to stay or become a top dog in the PGM sector.

Many of the LTHs have added, not sold or top sliced etc. Bought more. Peeps like AndersUK who's been here for ages with 38,000,000 shares i think and not sold a bean. That tells you everything you need to know with regards what's to come.

The Russians are back at work and imho, DFS final approval RNS will land anytime now. Following that OR, if offer is condition to final DFS approval, we'll get the MEGA RNS any day now. Just like JUB Capital, the shorts will burn.

JTmac has been telling you the MMs forward sold shares they did not have. It was an easy top up for guaranteed profit.
You could add the vol sold and bought and check L2 volume to see MMs had forward sold.
My recent top up, not a lot, is in profit :). Same thing happened before. There was a time when the share price WITH FLANKS LICENSE was less that the sp before the flanks RNS. Logic said load up.
for me, 38.85 is now the placing price, the price IIs bought in recently. Still gains to be made from here before news.

EUA can bounce to 20 - 30% in no time, on no news. With news, it could end up higher than 42. With offer news, £1+

Tried a dummy sell and they will take big amounts at well above the bid.

I am seeing more buys than sells too.

It looks like mms playing games to collect cheap shares.

Some shares going from the weak to smart investors.

A little delay from a dependency should not mean such drop.

If you are, we're all human and make mistakes. What's important is we learn from them.

You add a lot of value with quality research so am happy to see you back. Most peeps will not understand or read all the technical stuff you post and it would have greater impact if you summarize your findings in few lines. Always ask yourself what would the shorts hate to see :) 211 in SP value, they would hate to see it. Your posts will not only bring newbies but will encourage holders to add more before the MEGA rns.

NO - the directors , even recently said they are working to maximize share holder value.

Why no offer? its coming anytime now. Until the FSP, EUA would not have not revealed exactly what is in the ground, but interested parties know exactlly how much now under NDA. EUA have mentioned Rhodium but do you know how much of it we have ? Everything points to EUA having a lot more than previously declared. That is why there is a MEGA offer coming in days.That's why the directors have not and will not sell. That's why the list of big firms holding EUA is growing. You could end up homeless very soon. Just check out JUB capital who took a short on EUA and had to declare bankruptcy. You and the likes of you are next. EUA is in oversold territory too and a bounce in the next trade or 2 days will see you well under water.

One thing i know is EUA can leave announcements to the last minute. I was not particularly happy with the nomad announcement which went down to the wire and many here hate me that :). I would not be surprised to see an RNS tomorrow, may be even intraday and not at 7am. We all know that this is a dependency and if it takes a little longer , not a problem at all but i don't think it will. The MEGA RNS is now very close. Don't listen to the deramp. Its all about the fundamentals and if you need proof, just look at the holders list or dyor. I'm quite chilled about EUA and i'm sure most lths are the same. Those that got on recently are the targets by the shorts not he LTHs. I would tell the newbies to ignore the usual fear, uncertainty and doubt tactics employed by shorts and those who want a cheap entry. I personally don't give a fook about the SP. The only time i react is when it dips enough for me to load up some more. #knowthegame

Its been a fantastic year for EUA holders and the best is yet to come which is why most of us LTHs are still here.

Forget what derampers will tell you. The fundamentals are sound and the board who own a track load of shares have not sold a bean because, they know there is a lot more to come here.

The assets are in high demand. There's is not enough Palladium in the world to meet needs. That's why Palladium price is more than Gold and continues to go up. All the assets EUA has are rare.

A full sale

If this was just about MT, it would have been done by now. The fact that EUA are waiting to obtain DFS at WK (increasing our validation) tells you the buyers are looking to take us out in full.

Its taken longer than some expected but they forget that this is no Micky mouse operation going for pocket money. Like i said before, the longer it takes, the bigger the deal. 0.87p as per AFC report and £1+ with bidding war. If Rhodium is significant amount £1.x figure possibly £2+. It pays to be patient.

Most peeps see dips as negative. Some see it as a gift from MMs.
When we dipped to 16s from 22s, i was one of few saying load up, it's a gift and encouraged newbies to get on too. Those new investors are now over 100% up. Same at 27 dip from 32. Again, here is another chance for newbiews to jump on and top ups. We've seen a small % drop day after day and a big % raise in half a day. We could get an RNS today or tomorrow. Easy money even for those after a quick few quid trade for x-mas. GLA
