If you want to justify your decision, come back when an offer has been made. As you currently don't hold long or short, you have no reason to be here. One of the biggest investment firms in the world, Blackrock bought in at 38p. They've got some of the most experienced analysts in the world and they would certainly disagree with your assessment, as well as ACF. The figures you're going on about would not get the biggest banks like UBS. EUA have played their cards close to their chest for a reason. When Dimitri was asked some of the questions you pose, he said judge by the size of the banks involved. We'll find out any day now. Come back and see us then. EUA have confirmed the ACF report is close to accurate and proved by posting it on their website as well as twitter account. You're saying the acf report is in fav of EUA but you will find the word 'conservative' 3 or 4 times on it. If there is too many unknowns for you, sell up and go. You won't be missed here. Our BoD have a lot more in this than any of us and we trust in them as well as the historical data. I very much doubt you're long. You ARE one of the shorts. No one invested would try to cast doubts and uncertainty day in day out like you do. Keep holding the short please. Won't be long before you go up in smokes.

When offer lands , the share price will shoot up , a few % below the offer price. The MMs will take your share should you want to sell or you can wait till its complete to get full value.

The minute the offer RNS lands, there'll be no time to react. SP will go in a straight line to near the offer price with in seconds. - i would not want to be holding a short pos at that time :)

Peeps used to have reservations about investing in places like China and Russia but nowadays, that has changed. Because these countries are doing everything they can to bring foreign investment to the massive potential they have. My mate told me to get on NIO back in April when it was $6. Another mate said China,...i would not risk it and i decided not to go for it. Big mistake. Point is, investors no longer see Russia , China etc as risky. Look at the number of Chinese companies trading on US exchanges today, SPACs etc.
EUA have had no issues in Russia. The opposite is true. They've had a lot of support from gov and the multiple parties looking to buy out EUA is proof Russia is no risk as well as those already happily operating there. A lot of peeps think NN are fav to buy us but China is well in the mix imho.

Some of the biggest mining companies successfully operate in Russia. If you actually listen to Dmitri, he stated that these companies make losses all over the world and make up their loss with massive profits in Russia, low cost of production being a key factor.

I held a few Covid stocks and i've seen our government here hand out contracts worth millions to their mates for absolutely rubbish covid tests kits. Some of the biggest companies are literally wiping out local businesses today , paying ZERO tax and all is made possible by corrupt governors imho. Its everywhere, not just Russia.

EUA have successfully obtained approvals and have been supported very well by the RF. Russia is trying to encourage more foreign investment and they process applications efficiently. Tipil, Flanks, DFS all went well for us. I think Russia gets a bad rep. I appreciate your experience but i disagree in attributing the delay to the RF. Almost everything landed as expected with a little delay here and there.

Market Makers want to keep it at this level. 500k buy - 2x 250k buys lots of really decent buys all day and MMs still drop the ask. I was silly to make a predication yesterday but at some point soon, MMs will let this go and i can see a serious bounce. They may be order filling or allowing an II to load up at this low level. Whatever it is, its in their control. I've added a little more as this can't and won't stay at this levels long.

mac, i agree all options are on the table but a full sale is most likely me think. Most of the big boys know each other very well. They will be coming with premium bids for MT and WK. The future for whoever ends up winning the bid is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

world class assets by independent small companies producing Palladium have all been consolidated by the big boys. MT is a major target, we all know that but if the FSP was all about MT, deal would have been done by now. The fact that they've waited for verification of resource at WK by an independent company as well as its approval by the Russian state tells you the buyers want WK too. Cost of mining is so cheap in Russia. Some of the biggest gold producing companies in the world lose money everywhere but they make profit in Russia. They are actually covering their lose everywhere with profits in Russia. This is all due to cost of getting the minerals out the ground. Not only do we have rare minerals, they cost less than half what the big boys pay to get them out elsewhere. EUA will be sold in full. If we keep anything, it will not be WK or MT.

A few newbies here have not done any research at all.

The BoD have always maintained they will scale up WK, continue production in parallel with the FSP. MT is also 'fully financed' and ready to produce, not many junior miners can say that. The BoD specifically made sure all is in place so buyers don't fuk them about.

Today's RNS is about WK but the below line is referring to the FSP.

anyone who does not believe EUA will sell is questioning the judgment of all the major banks involved in the FSP who will not get a penny if a deal is not done and they're no mugs. They know what time it is. Not only will EUA sell , it will also be for a history making MEGA amount. That's why they're in this. DYOR

Everything is printed as SELL. BUt when i did a dummy buy, i got offered 31.74.
All the 31.74 are buys but showing as sell. MMs will have to let it go soon but i doubt it is today.
It will shoot up tomorrow. MMs may be allowing shorts to close or keep them open as a 20%+ raise could burn them out. #opportunities

With Blockchain and digitization of PGMs, the big boys will gain a lot from Palladium in the future. Not many peeps factor this in but DS and even NN are working on digitization and blockchain which will add a lot to the value of PGMs in the near future. Bitcoin is too volatile and banks cannot use it so PGMs are the future to guarantee security.

RNS - 18th August
As announced in the Company's Annual Report of 1 July 2020, a Definitive Feasibility Study by GIP for all resources on the West Kytlim Mine Permit was commissioned and is being progressed through the approvals process. Following consultation with the State Reserves Committee experts and consultants, it was agreed that mining data generated from several seasons of mining operations, combined with the Company's in-house resource database, are sufficient to warrant approval of the DFS encompassing all resources to the mineable category within all the sites of the production license. This removes a significant annual permitting hurdle and is also a cost and time saving development, as no further drilling is required to approve shovel-ready resources on an annual and site-specific basis. This in turn allows more open pit sites to be mined concurrently to increase the production volumes. The DFS is to be submitted for review and the final approval is expected before the end of 2020, in advance of the 2021 mining season.

RNS 3rd Dec

As previously announced, the Company had engaged GeoInvestProject ("GIP") to prepare the DFS for its West Kytlim project. The DFS has now been approved by the working meeting of the Russian State Committee on Reserves. The final approval is expected to happen this month. If you go by the AFC report, which is VERY conservative, your looking at near a £1 figure.
With bidding war and a lot more in the ground than we currently know, this has £1+ all over it.

The BoD already hold huge amounts.
They can't add under the FSP as it would be insider dealing i think.

The FSP has involved several parties as per last update. We're talking big companies and such things only happen when brokering a MEGA deal.

I said this back in Feb 2019, EUA will make AIM history. Rare assets , in high demand. There's no question in my mind it will be sold.

As for current SP
Amazon boss once said the stock is not the company and the company is not the stock. That was when MMs were clearly manipulating their SP. Market makers or market manipulates often control SP using different tactics for their gains. A bit more patience is all that's needed here. News is overdue and can land any minute now.
