Things are now being progressed to conclusion.

On Friday, a lot of peeps were unsure if the SP was going up or down. I was pretty confident it wouldn't on that RNS. I'm surprised we're not up a lot more than we are. These MMs are finding it hard to take us out of this levels for some reason. They may allow shots to close and send her up. For those of us waiting for the end game, the SP does not matter. For newbies, cheap entry. GLA

EUA has done some 8,000% since Oct 2019 and there's a lot more coming.

I know one other company on AIM that has done 33,000% this past year.

The share price does not reflect the progress EUA have made since FSP started and that's all down to the MMs.
EUA don't give a ';'' tho as they know the offers peeps have put on the table and what the final deal will be worth. You don't see EUA ramping. They just keep making progress, closing deals, adding value . The prices for our metals keep going north. All they ask from us is patience.

That Rowka £3.50 seems like a deramp at current rate :)

IF they raise via a rights issue, we lose nothing. Nothing as we can buy or sell our rights for the difference. They may not raise and this move may be tactical for a whole company sale.

I can only see the smart money buying more. I can't see PIs selling, may be rainbow chasers might but EUA is so close to the big news, they won't risk it.

Avizandum, i agree. The BoD will have the option to raise via rights IF they choose to develop the new 9 assets with Rosegeo. That may come after the FSP imho.

Some question why they called an emergency meeting and if KOLA PGM is also part of the FSP? It may be but if they were to go the development route, why would the BoD wait till next AGM to get the ball rolling. Japan will help bring KOLA to development with an off take agreement.

Lots of ifs and buts but 1 thing is certain, there's huge demand out there for our assets and our expertise.

The FSP is nearing conclusion. Just remember, the BoD have a lot in this and will do what's best for us. GLA

The purpose of the EGM is to seek Shareholder approval for the following Resolution:
- Resolution 1 - General Power to allot securities

If approved, EUA will have money to develop the KOLA district with Rosgeo, just like WK and MT. All those green metals are in demand and the Japanese want them so not short of customers/partners. It will mean very little dilution as more shares would be added but not much. Its a positive move.

Some think Kola would be included in the sale process. I don't. Currently, they're running it concurrently with the FSP but after the FSP concludes, Rosegeo and EUA will kick on with Kola. I may be wrong and the buyer/s may want the lot but we'll have to wait and see. GLA

One thing directors who hold TONs of shares DO NOT DO is dilute unnecessarily. If the BOD decide to raise for the project
which i think they will, its because they see massive return from the investment. It shouldn't affect the FSP and it may be done in a way it won't. Who knows, we may even get news before the EGM date. Who's to say the buyer will have first dibs on KOLA project after EUA have proved it up.
I can't understand why peeps find this RNS unexpected as James told us what was coming in the Rosegeo RNS. You don't obtain 9 news assets and do nothing. The fact that they're moving fast is great news.
Even better, the FSP is ongoing and the way these guys are making deals with UBS backing them, its coming. I just think any potential buyer would want site visits and many of us forget, there are travel restrictions due to covid. Health and safety is always number 1. Further more, you don't spend billions on assets before making site visits.
EUA is no longer a small company. You're not a small company when your clients are blue chip. Hold for Gold. or is it Palladium, Rhodium, Iridium, Platinum, Nickel, etc.

- James already told, similart to the Sinosteel deal for @MT, the additional assets were goin to have an EPCF structure. If you have that in place and you're in a sale process, you're much stroger. A backup/contingency.

- How many car companies would be interested? Lots and it seems the Japanees car companies are in the mix.

- We have a new non-exec director and an office in Japan. Experinced and seems to have connections. Another positive as there are big car companies that would need our assets. Japan activily investing in PGM, RNS gives examples.

- Additional assets 'should' be developed. 'Concurrently' Separate to the FSP which is ongoing. They're making deals and also securing assets elsewhere. If our experinced BOD say it should be developed, i think they'll go aheaad with it. It will advance EUA and bring a lot of value to shareholders. The interest is already there from Japan.

- The BOD playing a blinder again. They've already made him do all the work :) The new guys has already brought in interested 'parties'. No doubt big car companies.

"independently of other strategic options" - again proving to you that the FSP is ongoing. This KOLA project is independent to the strategic options. WK and MT may well be sold and EUA may carry on with KOLA project.

"Eurasia's negotiating position" - These new assets may be well be sold in the future too, just like WK and MT. Why else would they talk about negotiation position in direct relation to KOLA PGM?
I doubt it is part of the current FSP.

MMs taking advantage by dropping the SP and no doubt they'll take it up when the same peeps need to buy back from their ISA account next couple of days. I expect blue days coming.

After a fantastic RNS, no way our share price should be where it is now but MMs are intent frustrating PIs. The ONLY ones MMs can take cheap shares is PIs.

How do you drop in share price after adding 104.6Moz of PGMs?

When MMs are desperate for cheap shares, it means 1 thing = it's worth a lot more.

They hate 1 type of investor. Those who load up when they go down fishing. GLA

Every time we go up, we get derampers come out of no where, often same screen names we've seen before and our share price drops. Are some of these derampers the MMs? paid derampers?
You don't get the volume of derampers when we're at a level they want us but as soon as we go up, they come and attack regular positive posters, spread FUD withh fake news.
With CFDs etc, these guys make a lot of money from a 5 , 10% drop. Looking at the numbers, there's clear evidence our stock is being traded.

We've had good news after good news and they keep taking us down. Tipli license, flanks license, DFS at WK, 9 additional assets worth 104.6Moz PGMs , DLA on board, UBS, multiple parties fighting to buy our asset/s, non binding offers received and above all, the continued increase in PGM prices and our share price has stayed at same levels for 6 months.

AIM is a play ground where MMs can do what they like to make money. After EUA, i won't be investing in an AIM stock, and i won't be renewing my L2 access.
