The sale process was for WK+flank, MT+ flanks asset/s sale and we're still on for that. That's why i invested.
The Rosegeo JV was an addition and a means for EUA to carry on after the sale of MT and WK.
We've had another placing at no discount and to 1 II which is positive. Add to that, we're de-risked and have support at 26.50. Those shorts who wanted the share price to crash will be getting out now as they've clearly way under valued EUA.
The II will get a divi for assets sale so i would expect news to come after 25th.
ACF report is also out and has a very conservative valuation. It excludes Rosegeo JV and Rhodium at MT. GLA

Releasing an update = ACF are releasing an update to their last report. Since everything has gone to plan for EUA after ACF last report including growing PGM prices, this report will have an improved valuation.

They're then going to add info on the sale + Rosego JV

When you register for a share dealing account you have to submit you NI number.

HMRC will know if/when you get a divi.

A divi is added to whatever other earnings you've had for the year (jobs etc) and you have to pay or HMRC will come for you soon or later.

Halifax , Barclays or any broker will not get involved in your divi tax payment. Always good to speak to a professional for more info.

ISA = no capital gains tax, no divi tax. You can deposit £20k into your ISA account per year in April. You can reinvest gains.

The proposal in particular is from a "credible party" for the acquisition of substantially all of Eurasia Mining's assets, following the conclusion of the joint venture of Rosgeo where Eurasia will gain a 75% stake in nine platinum group metal and battery metal assets, with a total of 104.6 million ounces of platinum equivalent in reserves.

In addition, Eurasia has confirmed that the technical project for the West Kytlim site has been formally approved, with three plants set to be in operation this year.

"The directors are committed to maximising the value for all the shareholders, and we are delighted to have received a proposal from a credible party that could allow us to pay a significant dividend to all shareholders. We are also committed to the concurrent development of the company in two PGM districts: in the Urals, where we have recently had our DFS and Technical project approved to expand volumes with 3 plants in production this year (as opposed to 1 plant in previous years); and in the second district of Kola, where we concluded the Rosgeo JV to significantly expand our presence both in PGM and in battery metals segments," says Executive Chair Christian Schaffalitzky.

We get a lot derampers on this BB when cfd trades are printed. These peeps are not going to hold their short long like they claim they will. They are CFD traders/gamblers who bet for share price to go down a small percent and run away with a 5% swing. CFDs cost money when open per day i think so they don't keep them long.

The man is an absolute loser. He has lost on almost every stock he has been invested. After losing so much money on a lot of dodgy companies he has become a shorter and is only looking for a 5% drop. EUA is liquid and easy for traders like them to be in and out, esp small time like him. Due to the NDA , EUA cannot say much as they told us in RNS which is why the shorts often fabricate story to use as FUD. This did not work for Jub Capital and Tow W. EUA will burn them when they least expect.

bitcoin is falling hard after Elon said what you said here months ago. A lot of coal is needed to mine bitcoins and how Tesla invested 1.5billion was beyond me. You cannot talk about clean energy one minute with Telsa cars and bitcoins which burns a lot of coal. I feel sorry for investors but they should have read more about proof of work bitcoin uses.

I agree with you..the rosegeo deal was a clear indication that a deal had been done imho

The party offering to buy the whole district wanted all the assets in Kola and it works perfect for the buyer (with regards processing plants) and the state (environment etc)
EUA had/have other non binding proposals but they're going with the party that wants the lot. With MT, flanks and the 9 additional assets, the buyer as well as the state will make tons of money from raising PGM prices in the coming years.
WK has become hugely attractive too and that's where we have a lot of Rhodium. Just a matter of time before we get the MEGA rns.

You can only see more and more buyers coming and the market makers will move this to a new level after collecting cheap shares from the weak. Mid 30s here we come.

Like i said in my post yesterday, EUA have always wanted to sell the lot and move on which is why i don't think there'll be anything left. If the company remains as a shell payment will come in the form of a divi imo

Credible party = UBS have checked out the buyer and funds are ready.

The share price is a bit volatile due to the damage the short crew have done to weak holders.
But after mm clear the weak, it will go back up.

Directors cannot sell as they have inside info. Due to all the parties involved the NDA will still be place.

The shorts create fear , uncertainty and doubt but the facts are in the RNS
EUA concluded the FSP because they have a 'CREDIBLE PARTY' who wants to buy all our assets. That includes the 9 additional assets. Those are our assets. The BOD have told us we have 9 more additional assets in KOLA. Don't let TMS mislead you.

EUA are confident with the credible party and that's why the fsp has concluded.
