RE: Rns out23 Apr 2026 09:42
FinePrint, on the bear case, the only one that I can come up with is that we move too slowly and get overtaken by other recyclers / tech. The only negative that you could take from those RNS's is that things haven't been delivered to original timelines, with talk of ramp up to 100-350tpa and potentially 1ktpa both seemingly talked about for 2027, rather than 2026, which was supposed to be the timeline for ramp up to 100-350tpa. The same could be said for the magnet manufacturing equipment commissioning, which is still ongoing. But I think this stuff is just incredibly complex and takes a lot of time, which is why there are loads of Western RE companies out there, but very few actually in production.
From my research I think we have the best tech, and if we only had Hypromag USA then I would be a bit more worried about being beaten to market by others, but all those years working with UoB, getting Tyseley to production and now testing and improving our product suite with a wide range of marquee customers is now our competitive advantage. These iterative processes, particularly with third parties, take time, and that will be the case for all other wannabe magnet manufacturers.
The details on Siemens, from the tech conference and then again today, are the endorsement I needed to be sure that our tech is first class in practice as well as theory, and that the billion(s) $ business velcro refers to is practically nailed on. The market might not appreciate this yet and may be waiting for offtake agreements and production numbers, but I can clearly see what is coming, and am looking forward to this company generating a massive amount of wealth for all of us dedicated shareholders.
