Hi lodan. Mkango is effectively two businesses. Lancaster assets which will come under the MKAR holding company, which is the Songwe rare earths mine in Malawi (at pre-FID stage) and the Pulawy separation plant in Poland (now in DFS stage), and then the Hypromag recycling assets under Maginito holding company, which owns 79.4% of the UK plant, 71.5% of the German plant, and 39.6% of the US plants.
MKAR is being listed on the Nasdaq by way of a SPAC with CrownProptech. We are awaiting final approval from SEC, and expect to be listing in first half of June, with an indicative value of $400m for our share of the company.
There are plans for Hypromag USA, of which we own 39.6%, to be listed on the Nasdaq at the end of this year / start of next year, but these are less well developed, and I don't expect a listing until 2027.
The parent company Mkango, will remain listed on AIM and TSX-V, and will own stakes in the two Nasdaq listed entities MKAR and Hypromag USA, as well as it's stakes in the UK and German plants / ex-US recycling business. Hope this helps.
